I disagree. He could have spoken and written rubbish. But, he and Nehru scratched each others back and made the public fools. Nehru got what he wanted and Gandhi got to know as a great leader. A mahatma who did not respect people's mandate.

Gandi was a broker of the British Government and pretended as a freedom fighter. We see our national heroes canned by British and even hanged but Gandhi was never even canned because he enjoyed the confidence of British. At most he was picked and placed in a fully furnished Jail. The historians haver fooled us by making him a national father. It is because of this 40 kg ied person that heroes like Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandra Sekhar Azad are forgotten by most of us and this is very painful for their souls.

I fully endorse what you have written. Sooner Gandhi is thrown into the dust bin of history the better for India.
Mr.Arun...i feel pity on your statement and get a doubt that wether you are really a grandson of Mahatma..becoz..Mahatma is always great..and u just added your stupid comments...if you were really the grandson of mahatma..then you will not sit in newyork and give these comments..rather u come to india and try to do something...its a real surprise to me that how sonia gandhi represent india at such platform..she is not an indian..and very suprising that she talks about mahatma..what she know about him..and its really pity that congress in india..just started using fake gandhians(the nehru family) as like they born to mahatma...the name gandhi should be removed from this(nehru,indira,sonia) families..becoz..gandhi..means its only mahatma.and no body else..and they cash on indian poor public that they represent mahatma..by putting the name gandhi..after their names...its shame for india..for sending sonia to such a meeting...why..is prime minister was not there or president was not there or foreign affairs minister was not there..for that a common indian school teacher is a right person to speak about gandhi..but not this italian sonia..really it looks..india just falling down after this stupid congress started rulling..oh god ..oh mahatma save india... americans can get marry indians..but they cannot make their wife or husband as america president and in similar..indians can marry a italian or german..but never try to make them president of india or prime minister of india...
Its the same stick that applicable to this gandhi's grandson.. what morality does he have to oppose that ad.. Its a fundamental right to oppose the injustices..
Ofcourse, gandhi's grandson cannot be expected to be straightforward.. he will be also a coward like his grandfather..

Amol, U mean to say 96% can do whatever they like. Sonia is a shame for India and erstwhile Congress. There are many better leaders in Congress but all are spineless holding the saree (!!) of Sonia

From your mail, it is evident that you have great regards for Tagor. I too had high regards for Tagore....till I read the presentation speech which was made while awarding him the Nobel prize:

it meant he differed bw people! a muslim and a hindu! gandhi was no saint!he could have stopped everything but he didnt!his ideology was nothing! his message wasnt the message of masses if it had been caste creed religion wouldnt have mattered!hadnt been him in indian politics at that time there had been no division! Jinnah himself had told Nehru not to bring in gandhi as it would ignite muslims sentiments as he was an icon of hinduism! rest is history! even gandhi's son converted to islam as gandhi hated the religion and son being not in good terms with his father chnaged in revenge!gandhi preached love? when his own wife suffered? the one who cant control hsi home cant give any one anything!he was just a normal man made into a god by congress nehru to gather votes!and then adopting feroz the husband of indira! all politics!people suffered!

Due to her patriotism, she did not take Indian citizenship for 15 years after marrying Rajiv.
