Yes, it is 60 yr old story. It has become way too repetitious. It has become a way of passtime for all Indian's. everyday talk about Gandhi and then bash his opponents. It's time we looked up to some one in the present. it is really pathetic that one great man is being talked about for sooo long..The main thing it is a useless excersize.

Shivaji was a great leader and a dacoit, he had a hindu name, fought back with exactly the same rules as the muslims, he is to be praised as a guerill warrior not a hindu kind. we have people in the hindu pantheon who were kings of who folowed dharma. Our tradition is not those of dacoits who were hindus, but mighty kings who ruled with dharma.

No you do not want Sanathan Dharma, what you want is a big group, very similar to islamic sultanate or a christian world. Hinduism will never be that. Our contribution to the word is advaitic pantheism and yoga not limited money and power mongering cults. Do you know anything about vedas? Do you know the freedom of expression in Hinduism? Have you heard of Buddha and what he was against and for during his childhood? Do you know what kind of debates he had with people at his time? What is modern? Wearing western clothes and listening to pop music and watching MTV and fashion tv? Yes I am aware of the difficulties of Buddha, he was a true hindu at that time, when "hinduism" has fallen into the hands of casty priests who had lost all knowledge of the vedas. We do not RSS type hinduism to exploit hinduism which Aurobindo and Vivekananda have given us.

Gandhi was always trying to appease Muslims at the cost of Hindus.
When Gandhi was assassinated and his body was cremated, the then Pakistani Ambassador to India was requested permission to immerse the ashes in the Indus river in Pakistan. The humiliating reply India got from the ambassador was
"we will not allow the immersion of the ashes of a Kafir".
So, much for Gandhi's love for Muslims. The Congis are again playing the same game. I wish there was a strong political party like the BJP, at the time of Indian Independence, who would have taken care of India's national interest.
We would not have lost out a portion of Kashmir to Pakistan and we would have faced humiliating defeat at the hands of Chinese

I am not from the RSS, but God has given me brains to think and understand, how Gandhi ruined India by playing favoritism with Pakistan. He gave away lot of resources to Pakistan, which rightly belonged to India.

Just because he is the grandson of Gandhi does it give Arun the right to decide on what is true Gandhian values? Gandhian philosopy is not the personal property of Gandhi progeny. Gandhian philosophy does not believe in imported property like Sonia. She took more than a decade to consider herself Indian and accept Indian citizenship. Indians are dumb.
