Lawlessness.....
by umesh kumar agrawal on Oct 09, 2007 12:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why should people run for justice for years? After convicting them and declaring the sentence, they are scott free on bail.

After 13 long years the judgement came and within one month they are granted bail. Why not the bail took 13 years to be obtained.

Mockery of LAW...

How to be High Court Judge
by Dipak Bose on Oct 09, 2007 12:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Those who cannot do anything else in India, study Law,. They copy in the examinations or hore someone to sit for the examination. If they practice for 10 years and if they have enough connection, they can be a High Court Judge.
Given this, you should not expect justice. How can a convicted person get a bail, which is allowed only for those under trial. Of course this judge does not know the law, got his degree by copying in the examination.

Mr. Dipak I totally agree with you.Like this whatever little faith people have in the judiciary will also be lost .When the judiciary was so proactive in Karunanidhi case that they sat on Sunday then are they sleeping now ?.A person charged for killing an innocent DM is getting a bail????? A very shamful judjement .Will the very people who protested on the streets in Indian Idol prashant Tamang case come this time also & protest against the judgement????

Absolutely correct. The rule of law in India is for the poor and depressed. Those who have got money, muscle power along with political connection can easily go scot-free whether it is murder, smuggling, corruption or even terrorism. From Court rulings of recent years it can be well established that all the Judges are neither honest nor impartial.

Again the judiciary is letting us down. Now wonder such incidents will make mob lynching of criminals more prevalent in India. The people are looking to judiciary but such actions might mke people loosing trust on them and only criminals can trust the system which best suits them. Long live India!!

Bhai, judiciary is hoodwinking us all. It is acting as pressure realeaser. Judiciary is going in hand in hand with these corrupt and criminal elements of society.

It is just trying to control the anger of masses so that it doesnot reach to a level where it burst and kill all these element including corrupt judiciary.
