If you thought that nuclear deal was the only thing they oppose, they are also against the performance-based pay packages to be introduced in the Sixth Pay Commission.
CPIM has become Prakash Karat's fiefdom and he is silencing everybody in the party ! Jyoti Basu, Budhhadev, Yehturi wants the deal to go thru with some changes but Karat has his tail tied to China...
Left rejects govt plea on IAEA talks, because Left is not ready to eat biryani and forget Indian people; not ready to take ministership and implement anti-people policy; not ready to take money and and say "yes sir, yes sir."

UR right!!!
you are the most hypocratic people on earth. Your concept of "India", "Interest" and "development" are different from that of about a billion Indians. You still want India to be recognized as a country of snakes and tigers, a country of no culture and so on...shame on you. Pull the rug, entire India is looking forward to a government with out the left support - whether BJP or congress. Shame on you!!!! Realize that India was in such a bad shape for the first 45 years after independence because of the socialist policies/ red tapism/ babudom / unions that you encourage. Future lies in competative environments, innovativeness, hard work....you will perish soon
Worry for the Left Front is not IAEA, worry is for an unscheduled election. They must take care of their small pockets. Because they know that Indian people and its politics not only tolerate them but, getting opportunity like the present one, acknowldge their existence with dignity. How can they foresake to avail of such intellectual pleasure? They also better know that the gap between the people and politics of the State has become wide, almost at reach out stage. They started to grow dreams of prolatarit among a feudal India, and subsequently they became an inseparable part of Indian state-hood, and clamour against violence committed by Naxals or Maoists elsewhere in the country. In fact all 'democratic' Left parties suffer from a peculiar syndrom : Whether they stick to people more or more with the state craft? What Bardhan or any of the clan say anything about India in a very larger perspectives, that must be construed as their internal contradictions and a contradiction or war between their acquired 'knowledge' and ground reality. We understand predicaments but can not understand their hypocisy. Rabi Kanungo Intellectual Froum.
More garbled noises and empty threats from empty vessels the likes of Bardhan et al. Does nyone with a brain actually take these moorns seriously? If they did, they should go have what little brains they still ahve, washed out with sewer water.

look at this, there is no response from Samajwadi, RJD or BSP. it is an intellectual debate, and it is very much overhead transmission for amar singh, mulayam, laloo and mayawati. they can appreciate grass root politics better. if no nuclear deal, laloo will produce power from cow dung.
