Father and sons are coming around
by Kumar M on Oct 08, 2007 09:28 PM  Permalink

Now the father and sons are coming around. They had no choice. Both do not want to face the elections. Also there is revolt within their party due to the feudal behavior of the family.

We will see how long this is going to go. BJP should know better by now tht father and sons cannot be trusted. DG is avoiding the media with egg on his face. HDK should have known better. After his father is dead, who else will guide him? When he joined hands iwth BJP 20 months back, did he consult his father? YEs, fo course. Without father, sons are duds.

Care Taker Government
by Lalatendu Deo on Oct 08, 2007 09:28 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

By resigning Kumaraswamy has made a calculated risk in suggesting the Governor to request him to continue as the Care Taker CM, so that he enjoy the crucial facilities while during the run-up to the election and up-to installation of new government after that all possible election. It would be difficult for any other party to claim forming the government now. And the President's rule will be a remote possibility. It is all but certain the Governor will call him to continue.

By doing so, the JD(S) hopes to buy some vital moments to erase the negative fall-out in the minds of the voters of their skirmish with BJP. And using the government machinery at their disposal, they hope to do well in the State Assembly Election, carrying the recent success in the Local Election to the Vidhan Soudha. It is a fact that though there have been some success in the local elections, that will not take them to anywhere near having absolute majority.

if BJP has any shame it should go to fresh polls rather than depending on JD(s) support.....the BJP said it had learnt an lesson from power sharing agreement with JD(S)....if yediyurappa still wants to become CM with JD(S) support then the lessons are not learnt and BJP is bound for another mistake it it shares power with JD.....iam sure that even if yediyurappa becomes CM with support of JD , deve gowda will not allow smooth running of BJP government....if BJP govt is formed with help of JD that is the end of road for BJP in the state....rather it should go to fresh polls....there is no alternative......

It is the Culture of Congress Walas to lick the boots of Foreigners. Though Gandhiji opposed the Idea of deviding India, at the behest of Mountbotten, Nehru neglected Gandhiji and helped Jinnah to take his share. In 1948 war with Pakistan, even after war was over, at the advise of Mountbotten, Nehru refered Kashmir issue to UNO, which became a valcono erupting lava till now. Mrs.Indira Gandhi devided Congress into two and wiped out real freedom fighers and encouraged clowns, who praise her always. Now another woman from that family, who had no previous experience with politics, except name tag. No problem, Congress walas are ready to bow down and even ready to destroy cultural monuments on her word. Next her son. Shame on the part of heirs of Bharatha.

by Cutlet Gravy on Oct 08, 2007 09:17 PM  Permalink

Just a few days ago, when Sonia Gandhi was at the UN her parliamentary puppy dog-cum-bootlicking pattavala, Priya Ranjan Das & Munshi said emphatically that there would be no elections.

Obviously he was not refering to Karnataka State elections, as we say Good Riddance to Gowda Garbage and Turncoat Cheap Ministers who can not stick to agreed terms.

Now in less than 7 days we have this other Darwan-cum-Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Sriprakash Jaiswal, saying there would be No rethink on the N-deal, and that, if necessary, the Congress was ready to sacrifice the United Progressive Allaince government at the Centre..

Who is the Congress spokesperson now that Ambika Soni has gone for a duck (quack quack)?!?!?!?

Finally Madame G will rule the roost.
