by kumaraswamy venkataramaiah shivani on Oct 08, 2007 07:20 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It will be a great tragedy if Sri Yediyurappa
accepts this proposal.Whatever public sympathy
he earned will be lost.He is going to dissappoint the people of karnataka.Beware of
HDG &his sons.

BJP will not win next elections if not accepted the offer now. Sympathy will be on JDS. BJP was crying like wild dog for the power and what makes to reject now?

The BJP is saving Karnataka crores of Rs. by not calling an election. do you want 1000 crores to be spent on it? It will win with majority in the next election, till then atleast that money can be used for development.

Dear if your worry is only election spending then you should be happy not worried. these leaders are making money and in elections this money reaches to ordinary people by all means. they spend money on rallies, adv campaign, postures, hoardings, buses, jeeps, tents ........ so this way money comes to ordinary people. if their is election you should not worry about cost of elections. it is not going from the consolidated fund of india or state govt. yes election commission spend a little bit but for conducting elections only.

even if election commission will spend 95 crore nothing to worry. in real term these political parties and leaders will spend more than 950 crores. i am not in favour of early elections but one thing is clear that 950 crore will be spend in the state not in america. so it will reach to ordinary people from the swiss banks of these leaders. since the mechanism is failed to check their election spending and evey party and leader is corrupt then if some thing is coming out of their pocket i am not opposed to.

BJP & JD-S coming together again
by Pramod Kulkarni on Oct 08, 2007 07:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Don't accept this proposal..this is cheating..all the so called secular-pragmatic-democratic are power thirsty-caste cautious and money makers in real life. They need power to mint money only.Sharad Pawar,Ajit singh, Mayawati, Mulayam, Laloo, Paswan, Chandrababu, Jaya amma, Karunanidhi ..all are fruits of the self centered politics by congress leadership. BJP should turn off this proposal to maintain its identity. This is right time to press the power thirsty family of karnataka.

The other person in BJP with your name, Pramod mahajan made 2000 crores. He was from a lower middle class family. did you ever ask how he made this money. Do not think that BJP is different. They demolished Babri Masjid. What did they do after they came to power? Where did their Hindutva go? this is all enshrined in the Hindu religion. People can cheat and kill and make untouchability a virtue in this religion. Politics of our country is guided by such a religion of double standard. Not only Hinduism, but all religions are of double standards. Cast out all religions from India and follow the Dalit tradition of living in union with nature and worshipping Mother Earth and Ancestors. let this become the politics of India. All others are rascals.

Bedave Beda!
by GURU on Oct 08, 2007 07:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Namaskara! Mr. Yediyurappa, never agree to this. There is some hidden agenda in this. Devegowda is a criminal politician and very smart. So never accept their offer. Just go for elections, we are with you. BJP will get full majority and you will be the CM and all the ministers will be of BJP. So don't do the same mistake just for the sake of being CM for 20 months. Good luck! jai kannadambe! jai hind.

but, what's the guaratee that BJP wins elections with majority? so, it's better for Yediyurappa to full-fill his life-time ambition to become CM, there are many betrayers in BJP itself!

After the sordid drama of the last few days, this is totally unacceptable. If it is true, BJP will lose all remaining credibility along with the JS-S.

Mastermind devata-Deva gowda
by vishwas rai on Oct 08, 2007 07:10 PM  Permalink

often reffered to as the most inactive , dormant , "sleeping politician" or lifeless potician is not so when it comes to ploitical battles. he often emerges victorious in these with his long term vision and a prevalent strategy in place to achieve this. meet the old but still the gold deva gowda.. the maverick, canny and cunning politician from hassan.well it all started with jd-s alliance with bjp, he was sure the only way to keep up his reputation and also to ensure maintainence of power would be to make his son the next cm and then gian public sympathy with all dramtics and finally withdraw support and as usual bjpians were the scapegoat for having believed him.i think bjp should learn from their experiences in the past(up.., mayawati and kalyan sing). they just dream of the fruit but never get it haha,,,, they should go in for immediate elections as i am sure they will win it easily. but i think with all this political turmoil taking place karnataka did eventually grow with lot of develoments happening in all areas in wake of these politicians trying to outwit each other.. kudossssssss .. devata., cunning gowda.....
