like every other party in india. rajiv gandhi said for every ruppe distributed only 16 paise reaches the end reciever. the commission which probed said only 6 paise reaches the intended person. pds and every public edifice that has been started was by congress, almost all of them are corrupt. for 50 years congress couldnt get even a small percentage of people to get out of pverty. they are the worst and the most corrupt of the lot. they come to power by communalism, support only christians and muslims and coin the word secular for thier dubious vote bank politics :)
