Kumarswamy says, 20 months back, he agreed (personally) to form the govt with the help of BJP without the consent of JD-S and it's leaders. He didn't care about the views of two parties just because he wanted to enjoy 'the power'. But, Yediyurappa discussed this issue with BJP & it's national leaders and supported JD-S.
Now, Kumarswamy wants to be in-line with his party's (Secular?) views after enjoying 20 months power.
Nowhere on the earth, we can see such a silly, funny politics! Shame on Kannadigas!

Mind your language kpr. If its shame on how politicians behave in Delhi, then probably you would have said 'Shame on Indians'. Politicians are not Kannadigas, Marathis, Tamilians or what ever. They are just a selfish lot who will go to any extent for their selfish motive. Its not just limited to Karnataka.

Rightly said chethak.. Politicians are selfish, greedy etc.. There are lot of such kind of politician in the country spread across all the states.. dont relate to states.. Beware of making such statement Mr.kpr. If you really want to know kannadigas, compare karnataka with other states, Karnataka is a safe place to dwell in and also its a peaceful state compared to other states in India.

Its actually shame on all of us Indians. We, the educated class are to blame for this. Many of us do not vote thinking politics is dirty. What happens then, politicians target the poor people by giving away gifts, liquor and money. They come in loads to vote. However, majority of educated people stay away. Politicians know that. If only we all start voting, politicians realize that money or gifts cannot influence our decision but development works will! Then we create better leaders for our nation

Forget DG and Kumaraswamy, the foul language and lack of respect, tolerance and civility by rediff neitzens is shocking. Can't we express our opinions without malice to others? we get shocked at the way politicians behave both in and ouside the parliament/legislature. Users of IT services like Internet are supposed be to priviliged people in a poor country like India. We must be grateful for the opportunity to interact with total strangers on issues of importance to us without becoming nasty. This is the same thing that happens on the roads of most Indian cities; a total lack of courtesy to other motorists as well as pedestrians and cyclists. Those who own vehicles are a privileged minority who are using the country's precious foreign exchange to buy petroleum. The Internet is the information highway and regardless of what party we belong to, it is necessary not to become abusive as it reflects on our own self. Rediff has a global audience and we must hold a high degree of civic sense to show that we are maturing as a democracy and not becoming a banana republic. Mother India is sacred -- our heroic soldiers are dying everyday so that you and I can live comfortably, should we not show our gratitude by behaving responsibly even if it is to condemn the unethical acts of poloiticians? otherwise we are no better than them. Let the quality of our interactions improve and let us debate without rancour.
Kumaraswamy is One of the worst,UNCULTURED, UNEDUCATED Chief Minister we have ever seen... Whoever will become the CM they will do the things automatically what all describs the achievement of this govt., he dont have his own vision and knowledge, the IAS officers who were around him were good, he followed them thats all. People of this country lost their sense and they are electing wrong people to rule this country... let them suffer. If the people of Karnataka were having little bit sense they should throw away JD(S) and Congress... Its time to give power to BJP. Kumaraswamy is a useless fellow, not at all having the basic qualities of a polititian, he is nothing before BJP's Yediyurappa. This Govt did good job because of BJP. Kumaraswamy failed to make properties, assets and crores of money as his father did because BJP was there, thats the reason he was upset.

BJP will never come to power on its own in Karnataka. Congress will not join them to form Government and only other party is JDS. Yediyurappa's craze for CM ship has spoilt party's chances of keeping power in their hand. Now that BJP is out of the Government if midterm elections are held BJP will be wiped out in the State for ruining a stable government of Kumaraswamy.

I bet 100/100 you are a vakaliga.. am i right...you know why gowda is elected again and again, only bcoz of people like you.
Please change the setup of multi-party system ... People don't want Devegowda or Bal-thakrey or Prakash karat or Karunanidhi in their current forms ... Let them think beyond their party lines or otherwise kick them out.
And for God's sake - Sonia Gandhi should stop making all political arrangements, and let Manmohan Singh to work peacefully.

Why get caste here? Remember, unity in diversity. If we all forget our castes, religion, and languages and work together we'll reach grater heights.
