Brave soldier died in the duty of the nation. Let his soul rest in peace. It really makes us very sad to see our young, dedicated countrymen dying for the sake of some reckless movement initiated by religious extremists and propagated by petty politicins also. Will they see some sense in this unfortunate killing??? My heatfelt condolences to the breaved family and the would be bride also. No amount of words can console them in the short term. Ony time will heal thier sorrow. Once again we indians solute all those brave indians serving the cause of the nation. Jai Hind
My salute to Major K.P. Vinay who has given his life for the country, to defend the country so that we people are safe. Lead from the front. My condolences to bereaved family.
We Indians will always have to remember the sacrifice these officers making to keep us safe and secured. We cannot bring their life back but at least we can honor their effort by contributing to the integrity of this country and maintain peace and harmony. We salute those heroes wholeheartedly.

This is the standard operating proceedure. Immeditaly after the call, the local group commander (in this case the GOC-AP) will send a senior officer and his wife to the family of the slain soldier. The offcial protocols soon follow. In fact the Indian Army (and the other services) follow the British system of informing the next of kin first, followed by a public announcement. What surprises me is that there is no statement from the President, Prime Minister (he is unfit in any case), or even the Defence Minister.
Whether Congress or other politicians are listening to the voice of agrived family. Will they do something about spread of terrorism or they will just sleep in their palaces leaving the common man and military perosnals to all kinds of threats from terrorists. May be if they call themselves HUMAN , they should stop singing the tune of Human rights in case of terrorists. Every terrorists must be dealt with sererest punishment so that we Indians can live in peace .If the politicians have become immune to the sufferings of common man , they must be defeated in polls . Let everbody who call himseld HUMAN and have some regard to human lives wake up and defeat the idiots who are ruling us now and choose the right candidate in the next elction . This alone can save us from these wolves.
