United India
by sri on Oct 05, 2007 11:08 PM  Permalink

It is wonderful to see everyone coming together here. There is no North Indian, South Indian, Brahmin, non-Brahmin stuff. All kinds of Indians feeling and being united in their grief for this young man who lost his all for his country. This unity is what should make us all proud! We should keep this up even at other moments and stop seeing differences.

lets buckel up
by ashish sinha on Oct 05, 2007 08:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

hey guys.. usually we get depressed reading such news.. .. and this affects our own productivity...
..atleast thats the case with me.. and I believe lot of others must be feeling the same..

At some corner of my mind it gives me strength to realize that an India lives within me also. If I do good in my field..I will carry the name of my country with me.

Lets all do good in whatever fields we are in and make our country proud of us.

I guess thats the best way to salute our brave soldiers.

I feel sad too but I do not agree with your statement 'Lets all do good in whatever fields we are in and make our country proud of us'.
A Kargil hero and a rising star. What a tragedy to be cut short in life! Lets all pray for the family that has to endure this tragedy.

We definitely need to address issues which fell our fellow brethren in their prime.
How do these militants get their guns and who gives them money to buy them? Has the Government ever thought of implementing a way so the 'access' to funds and weapons for these militants is made that much harder. Any innovative ideas that can stop this nonsense?

PATRIOTISM AT ITS BEST
by saikat sinha on Oct 05, 2007 03:31 PM  Permalink

Can anybody match this example of bravery and patriotism? Unfortunately its the politicians who neutralises the efforts made by these true son of country. Its a better idea to send all these politicians to POK and PAK and should be told to them to do there best to serve PAK and POK. We need not worry these are us dangerous for the counrty or community they belong to, they are slow poison, they kill slowly but surely. I wonder if anybody can do anything to make there parents feel better. but i would like to request these politicians dont do or anything which can increase there pain in anyway. We are proud to have few real sons of our country. lets do something to reach this height of martyrdom.May his soul rests in peace
