You are mistaken. People of Karnataka voted in Majority for BJP, and then Congresss and JD(s) was in a minority. But, the hate congress & BJP have for each other makes it possible for JD(s) to play them against each other...

All regional parties should be banned. People create parties, that should have supporters atleast half of the states.(say 15 states).
