by what peoples verdict kumaraswamy became chief minister
BJP looking for backdoor entry to Rule Karnataka without Majority: Deve Gowda. It's a people's mandate we have to maintain, said Deve Gowda today. We cannot allow BJP to rule Karnataka without majority in democracy, said Deve Gowda. We have taught a lesson to BJP said Deva Gowda. BJP never kept his promise of Ram-Mandir, now ruling Karnataka how will they be able to construct Ram-Mandir, said Deve Gowda. BJP should think over it and allow my son Kumar to continue as people's verdict s with us not with BJP said Deve Gowda

You are right, Peoples will teach the lesson to JDS which is cheap and dirty part in the state
Any reason is a good reason if it does help you get what you wish. Even if it is unreasonable. So whatever Kumaraswamy says in not at all important, what he does is. BJP should stick to the gun it holds now and should not bulge from its position. And the Congress will surely stick to its.
The two national parties are unnecessarily going backwards to appease these below rated parties, who simply do not deserve to be there. There are certain others, who definitely have substance but there are only few of them left.
It is not for the first time that such ugly happenings was there in Indian Politics. Kumaraswamy is re-doing what Mayabati did before.
There should be a broad arrangement between two major national parties, so as not to disturb the party in power in the way they have been doing in these years. A coalition government is the thing of today's politics. And providing stability to the one party's government by the other party in one state by not resorting to third grade politics, will certainly be reciprocated in the other state by the other party. Only if this minimum restrain is maintained by the two major Parties, things will tickle down to a semblance and both the parties would benefit equally. It is always beneficial for them not to be distracted by the taste of power like this which is nothing but thorny.
You can not enjoy watching Cricket sitting on a thorny bed, even if India is winning.
I thought that the Deve Gowda and clan will get a beating in the local elections, but I was aghast to know they were able to secure good number of seats. If they had been wiped out in those elctions they would have sensed the inevitable. But the results have fuelled their antics.

Coomon people go by what is at their hands and what are the local issues.
Voting strategies differ for different kinds of election, if they elect a particular party in local bodies, they may elect a different party fo legislative assempby and a different party altogether for MP Elections.
But one thing is right. Educated people dont come out and vote.
"Please read the comment fully before you start abusing"
Everybody has started thinking that BJP will come to power if polls are held, this is completely wrong people in Karnataka will not vote BJP because of Rajnath Singh , last time it was Vajpayee Majic if you all remember.
Many BJP MLA's have waited for 25 years without power, after this episode they will know that BJP will never come to power in Karnataka and quit en masse . Only thing left is for BJP to face this shocking moment it will be shattering for them but thats the reality.
The real gain in this process will be Congress, Soon Rahul Gandhi will take over Congress and his charisma and age will be a big factor for everyone to choose him, even more so if SM Krishna does a strong campaign.
Even if you go by history Congress has always performed extremely well in Karnataka.
And for those who do not know karnataka heres a simple statics which will prove that Congress wins.
In the population of Karnataka 70% ( SC/ST, BC, Christains, Muslims ) 15% Lingats. 12% Vokkaligas.
You can easily see how congress is powerfull here, One can shout and abuse on the internet but the hard facts cannot be changed.

Vokkaliga vote will split (educated vokkaligas will vote for congress. Uneducated vokkaligas will vote for JDS(gowda)). Lingayats this time will unite for Yedi.Brahmins will be retained by BJP. Coastal karnataka with its high literacy has always voted for BJP. So BJP stands a better chance.

Nobody Trust congress. Worst party in the country... Kumaraswamy is nothing before Yediyurappa... Deve gowda fears that if Yediyurappa rules 20 months, they wont win next elections... Yediyurappa becomes more popular and strong than any other chief minister... He is a powerful leader... He will put an end to the Deve gowda's dominance in Karnataka politics. He has that ability.

U shameless creatures are a curse to Hinduism. U divide Hindus as SC/ST & then shamelessly align with Christians & Muslims for votes. And destroy Hindus unity. Dont dream. Rahul Gandhi is not so charismatic to capture power. He is spineless. He will never capture power.

Hello Sir, Please Please take back your comments, let me put things in perspective. Congress is definitely exploiting the situation i.e the SC/ST split etc but it is not congress who created this division it is your Hindu Upper Class and the worst part is you are not able to resolve the Issue and instead blame the congress. Now for once stop blaming the congress and take correct actions you will really be able to dent congress. Problem with you guys are instead of having a holistic approach you resort to rhetoric. May your gods give you the strenght to deal with Congress.
If you are intrested in healthy debate Iam ready to exchange my views.

TO GSB your statistics are wrong, you know that in previous assembly election it was BJP which emerged as a single largest party, you people dont want BJP to form government hence you fellows aligned with Gowda, ulitamately gowda and his son pulled your own government but this time we shall form the government on our own, dont dream congress will not come to power.
