Stuck to the seat
by sg sg on Oct 02, 2007 05:21 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This shows how a politician can get stuck on his seat and not honor a deal they made. I think th CM had no intension of giving up the seat his father knew all about it. They both enjoyed the fruits and then ask the BJP to go to hell. I think the people of K'taka have any brains left they will show the JD S the door soon.

When these politicians can't even maintain their relationship with their counters...how do the public expect their promises to be true.

Now they have become shameless to the extent that they can even deny their acts in front of cameras too.

And the congress has turned out to be hopeless.

blame it on the voters
by Sanjeev Sharma on Oct 02, 2007 05:16 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is due to caste based affiliations of indian voters which are the reason of political low standards of india.
Had people not voted based on castes/regionalism, we would not have criminals and corrupt jokers in power in states or centre.

I can pity BJP but no sympathies for aligning with the slf-proclaimed humble farmer whose main business is landgrab.

ADVANTAGE DEVEGOWDA
by ravi g on Oct 02, 2007 05:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The local body election have favoured JD(S), they have won which in some districts, where they were not able to win since formation of their pary. Remember HD Devegowda is a 24 hour politician. I dont think what he's dong is wrong. If BJP is given power then communal riots shall start in the name of Hinduism. Remember we have Chickmagalur (Bababudangiri), they want just one issue in South India, particularly in karnataka. They shall utilise their power for their misdeeds. Deve gowda was very clear about their agenda. What devegowda and sons are doing is now correct. Morally it might not be right, but in the interst of karnataka and keeping karnataka out of communal riots, he has taken a wise and matured decision to keep BJP out of power. If Congress do no want to form govt. with him, let them come to people, we are with you JD(s) dont worry. Long live DEVE GOWDA.
