No Way
by Lalatendu Deo on Oct 02, 2007 10:57 PM  Permalink

Definitely congress would not go hand in hand with the Back-Stabbers. There are nothing to gain for congress even if the Chief Minister's post is offered to them.

It would be very much helpful if the Congress chose to remain silent for a while and watch as to how the game is unfolding, to their benefit. Certainly, it has been the Congress, who have gained in all these times, not withstanding the Urban Local Elections. In each of the villages and towns, the political upheaval is being discussed. And there has been no denying of the fact that there has been some gain for the Congress in popularity.

But as to how much increase in Seats in the Assembly the popularity gain is storing for them, is to be seen. As it is, it is for sure that they can easily manage to get the State Election towards the end of the 6 months period after the imminent collapse of the Government.

The Congress and the commies are two sides of the same coin

The Congress and the commies are two sides of the same coin.Traitors, communal and corrupt to the core.Congress is the mother of Corruption and the commies are the father of deceit. One is intent on selling India to China and the other is willing to sell itself to the highest bidder.

Next time there will be no more JD(S) and (CON)GRESS in karnataka ....
by Sanjay Reddy on Oct 02, 2007 06:55 PM  Permalink

BJP, please dont stake claim for power anymore. Just delink from JD(S). The Congress, the same shameless party which was junked by JD(S) for the BJP is now trying to back JD(S) as it has never had any scruples anyway and its most unscrupulous [devil quoting the scriptures] symbol SONIA GANDHI is lecturing the UN on NON-VIOLENCE. Its clear to the people who is reneging on the agreement. Next time there will be no more JD(S) and (CON)GRESS in karnataka.

Karnataka people who are known for their intelligence and fair play should now show the way for their own benefit.

Gowda-Cong tango?
by Bodh Ramdeo on Oct 02, 2007 06:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Rank opportunism is the name of the game of the venal netas of this stinking land - making a deal of convenience with the Devil is like, de rigueur - like cutting your teeth in the political minefield called India.
Cong, which is even more shameless than Gowda, if such is possible, and deviod of any honor or decency, will hemm and haww, but eventually strike a deal with Gowda to 'keep the communal' BJP out of power, as is their mantra.
Isn't filthy politics great - conniving, treacherous, back-stabbing, betrayal .. take your pick - that's poltics in this fetid land run by criminals.

Why BJP will never Suceed in Karnataka.
by GSB on Oct 02, 2007 06:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Karnataka BJP is made of Brahmin's and Lingats numerically Lingats are more and Brahmin's are less. But Brahmins still want to rule which is not tolerated by Lingats. Yediurappa is a Lingat and Ananth Kumar a brahmin. Today there are two groups in Ktaka BJP The Ananth Kumar group and Yediurappa group and they try to sabotage each other and in ktaka BJP there are also some jokers like SC/ST's, OBC etc who dont really have any power but were thrown out of Cong or JDS at some point of time.
The infighting beetween two groups will spoil BJP's chances even yesterday Ananth Kumar is supposed to have asked for the CM gaddi from Yashwant Sinha!

See todays NDTV News, Dharm Sing will take over as CM of Karnataka.

Long live Congress

This news on the birth anniversary of our father of nation speaks volumes about our so called "democracy". Mahatma was great but see what his followers have done to this great nation. And see what these so called torch bearers (read Congress ) are behind. I have started thinking that now god also can't save this country from these Congress hypocrats.

Dirty and Corrupt Politics in Karnataka
by konanur s krishnamurthy on Oct 02, 2007 06:16 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Karnataka, which was one of the most progressive and induatrialised states in India is now in the back burner seat. Deve Gowda forgets that it was Ramakrishna Hegde who made him the Chief Minister. By sheer luck, he was chosen PM in 1996 as no one was coming forward to sit in the hot seat of PM. Congress, under Rajiv Gandhi's leadership had lost the majority in Lok Sabha a few years earlier and Gowda's government was supported by Congress from outside. Deve Gowda used to come to Bangalore every week end and visit at Delhi Sitaram Kesari, the Congress President almost every other day as he was very insecure as PM. Rest is all history. Gowda was made to lose his PM's seat after 11 months of inglorious prime ministership. He is the only ex-PM who has been defeated twice in Lok Sabha elections. No one considers him as a national leader. Even in Karnataka, he has only a minor support of the people. Such a person has been mudslinging in Karnataka politics for the last few years . He and his son, current CM of the State have only created problems and confusion in the state politics. If both retire from politics and confine themselves to serving the poor in their village in Hassan district, they will be respected by all the people. BJP. hungry for power in a southern state shamefacedsly agreed to join the coalition government 20 months ago and has accepted all shame and disrespect from Kumaraswamy all these months. BJP leader Yediurappa, having tasted the power of the office, should h

But Bangalore did not manage expansion. Whatever works going on now on Transport and Infrastructure is too little and too late. Pollution and cost of living are the major deterrents in moving to Bangalore. Water/Elec could be a lot better.

Above all they do not know to elect visionaries like Hegde.

Moreover its not a local party like JD(S) or DMK or AIDMK its a national party for your GK. Grow up! India is one country, and every party has a right to contest and win. The only party with some amount of sanity and pride in Indian ethos. The less we speak of values of Congress, Communists, etc the better.

Question is, shall we allow anti national activities of illegal conversion to go on OR shall we stand up to defend the law of the land. I think choice is clear for nationalists.
