I was just going through the emotional reactions from some of our guys. Its good that you all wish for a peace of life for a common man. But a doubt comes to my mind that how come SC go up to the extreme extent of advising Centre to dismiss an elected Govt without analyzing the entire day's proceedings & questioning Chief Secretary!! There seems a bit of urgency in issuing orders (to satisfy whom??). Ofcourse there is no breakdown of law & order situation here! This reminds me of the fact that how SC handled Jayalalithaa's TANSI case a few years back. Though Court has got supreme power, it cannot be accepted to the extent of dismissal of a govt. unless there is a strong reason to back up. There is a high level of drama going on in SC too I believe... Guys - Think before react.

SC works for Upper Caste. Both Jaya and Subramani swamy are known for their dirty activities. They will go to any extreme to win someone.

The TANSI case involved only Jayalalitha and did not involve the everyday lives of citizens. I am no fan of Jayalalitha, but the TANSI deal is dead over. No use ruminating on the past. For that matter, what happened to the cases against MK on various grounds at various times? Has he ever been convicted? Why rake up TANSI alone?

Mr Subramaian, understad the very purpose of the Judiciary correctly. If the Got does not compl with Supreme court orders, it would have the powers to get this govt dismissed. DMK head ad his croonies deserve no smpathies in any case!

there has already been a ruling against the kerala government against calling for a government sponsered bandh. Once the SC has passed a ruling it is a law. It has convened an emergency session on sunday and again reminded the government not to go with the bandh. What is the need for the SC if the government doesnt want to follow its orders. secondly, the case about the ram setu is in the supreme court. it is common sense that you are not supposed to comment on the cases in the court. it is called contempt of court. the rule of the land is the same for all. and cannot be specifically framed for karunadhi. any one who breaks the law is liable for punishment. for the people who are advocating the bandh, do you know how much money does the state looses due to a single non functional day. there are lots of people who depend on a days work to earn their meals. what about them. what are they supposed to do. there might be lot of emergency situations, in the hospitals and many more places. In the absence of public transportation what would happen to those people. Keeping in mind these factors only the SC has declared any bandh as illegal. please give some thought rather than blindly supporting the TN CM.

It is because, SC has restricted/banned all such "bandh" to avoid problem for public. DMK went a ahead even SC denied permission for that. Thanks to SC that people of TN/Chennai will get transporation facility normal today. Also if DMK has self prestige than they should resign themself to whole.

Mind your word!!!
It is time for Karuna's courtiers and the CPI brats to also see reason and publicly disown the rubbish they have spewed out. Pray the SC will continue to balance our misaligned and self-serving cynical parliament, and rap the thoroughly compromised Administrative machinery.
The way the supreme court has dealt with clearly indicates its one sided. Recent verdicts by SC are against the Govts(kerala and TN). Its a clear sign of discrimination against Dravidian by Brahmins. This present situcation is caused by Jaya and Subramaniya Swamy who will go to any extreme.

you fool. this has nothing to do with caste. Imagine your daugther was getting married today, and then bandh was called three days ago, then what would have been your fate. Incidentally, Supreme Court is headed by a Dalit. No one has any business to stop anyone from going to work. NO BANDHS. PERIOD.
