Let the court not become a Dictator
by Saxena on Oct 01, 2007 11:43 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Can the Supreme court control governments in Kerala , West Bengal. Tirpura and Assam. It%u2019s the peoples decision reflected by political parties in a Democracy system. The court should respect sentiments and faith on people.

We don%u2019t have any law by the constitution on such matters. Supreme court must not behave like Dictator. In such cases we will become like Thanks to Supreme Court- Let it understand its the feeling of the people

neighboring countries.

is it the feeling of the people or the political parties.

how many people would like to support a band.

is this the real face of democracy - that you disrupt economy, call band, destroy public property. supreme court has to direct because we the public and the government have failed to ensure law and justice. supreme court cant implement so it depends on governments to implement its rule. why wasnt it implemented. igagine the scenario when all the decisions of court will be flouted by these government mafias, just as it is happening in pakistan.

what is the difference between the two coutries? their also the people in power flout everything and here also same thing is happening.

Remember what happened China Soem weeks back the govt itself wanted the people not to use cars for some time in order to reduce the pollution level. Breathe fresh air and also save the fuel for the future generation.

People's angry against Musharaf-Bush relation increases. Indian people live here, like Democracy. In the midst of corruption and poverty people live here peacefully. But our leaders are not ready to teach a lesson from Pakistan and go with Bush will bring a civil war here also.

Even a buffalo would have died of shame! But Karunanidhi has thicker skin
by J Busu on Oct 01, 2007 11:40 AM  Permalink

Boy! I have not read in my living memory a more stringent condemnation of a state government. Poor Manmohan Singh, he is desperate to hold on to power even if it is just for a day. Any other Prime Minister with a sense of shame or dignity would have dismissed this anti-national government of Tamil Nadu led by a yellow script writer sporting a yellow towel and dark glasses depicting his dark heart karunanidhi and his goondas.

Isn't this a rebellious govt..? Shame and condemnable on defying the orders of the highest court on the land. Sheer hooliganism and how alas i could see many a people struggling to have their mode of conveyance at an astronomical fares. They rule against the wishes of people and still call them a peoples' government. Regret being part of the electorate.
