SC decisions are in consistant and hence raise suspicion over its ability to deliver justice.

Bandh ban is a welcome decision and no party or organisation should be allowed to call a bandh and it's time to ban on any bandh across country.Parties should find other democratic ways of protest. But the same supreme court not only justified the strike by AIIMS upper cast students so called Right to equality but also went on to lash the health minister and ordered for the salary for strik period and practically ignored the patients sufferings.Once Rajiv said one who fails to compete in other services at last chose to be teachers or judges. It is clearly observed now that judges are not biased, in competent but more currupt than politicians or any other porofessionl.Sabarwal is not alone but it is time to call judge chor.
