These judges are fools. NO 1 FOOLS.. The bandh happens all around India all time.. In kerala every other day is a bandh. In Norther states of India, Bandh declares for more than 1 days continously.. Why these Judges did not take any action against these states?

The SC should understand that running ONE BANDTH is not a very big incident or accident in a democratic country. It should NOT be a normal activity like that happens in kerala or Bengal.
I do not know why our SC spend a week-end to discuss only this small issue. We have plenty of other important issues in our country, they could have spend time on that.

You seem to be the follower of the idiotic politicians. We have full faith on the educated and experienced jucidials and not on the illiterate and idiot politicians.
Without anyone filing a case and citing the reasons, judges cannot give a verdict on their own.
But anyone who does not obey the verdicts should be punished heavily. We don't want parliament to be above the judiciary because we simply don't have faith on the parliament.

In kerala, there is no "bandh" now, renamed it as "hartal". Hartal is not yet banned by the court. If the court banned "hartal", then our politicians use another word and it will go on like this.
I know that people from Kochi moved to court against this hartal also, but the judgement was not positive.

u can also observe a 365 day bandh in Tamilnadu. No problem. Only thing is don't say the word Bandh. instead use the words protest, fasting, strike etc.

Mr. Santhosh hear it is called by Ruling CM and his party. If opposition calls bundh, it is responsibility of CM to upheld constitution. If constitution protector CM himself calls for bundh, then who is going to maintain law and order.

In case of Tamil Nadu, AIADMK filed a petition against DMK for calling a bandh. You too can file a petition to stop the bandhs in your state.
