... instead of just asking questions as to why it should not be dismissed, SC should ask the center to take action. It is high time this government falls.

I dont see the name of Modi, Vasundara, Kalyan Singh in the list. Are they the holiest politicians?. You stink of Right wing ideology.
We, the majority, are law-abiding people living in India run by "no-law-abiding or rather law/court order flouting" politicians. The grim situation is not something peculiar to Tamilnadu. It happens in every part of the country. The Hon'ble Supreme Court passed the orders banning the bandh. The unholy political alliance in Tamilnadu decided to carry on with the Bandh backed by or armed with the support of Political unions/party cadres who if let loose or at the slightest instigation will set the whole state on fire and destruction. This is more horrible than terrorism. The law/court order violators are the majority in every walk of life and therefore the majority has the say or way. They have the tacit support or approval from the ruling party and its allies. If the Centre resorts to Art.356 to dismiss the TNGovt., the next minute, the Union Govt. run by the Congress and its allies will collapse. The individual and personal agenda of the political parties and their leaders will be in shambles. Naturally, TN Govt. will not be dismissed. Even PM has his own ambitions to stay put come what may. Nobody except a few conscience minded public and persons from judiciary, will be there to lament and bemoan the state of affairs of the country, India, for which people from all walks of life, including Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel etc. died and lost their personal life. It is a shame that it is happening on the eve of Gandhi Jayathi.
I am sure that the congress party will be crushed to zero in coming elections. It is decided in the moment these people kept mum on the bloody MK.He is ready to lick the any feet to gather the vote bank.
It is shame that one national party like congress is playing with hindus feelings.Because of the people like MK,forigner Sonia andothers, some of good leaders in the party are speechless.
Come on guys your "dharma" comes first than any thing else...
Hats-off to DMK cheif Karunanidhi. He is a brave person. I appreciate his courage in insulting the Supreme Court which is notorious for having judges from RSS background. If the same bancdh was called by some BJP government, the SC would have remained silent. Corrupt and communal judges. I also appreciate Mid-day journalists for showing the courage.

Do not mistake Political foolishness to courage. There is only a thing line dividing the two...remember ...Dhoni said almost the same yesterday?
Just keep quite you the follower of Karunanidhi. Are you not ashamed to say this. Why are you not criticising the President of India who is a nominee and a proxy for congress.
Understand the basic principle that a judge cannot deliver a judgement because he likes a party. The judgements can be challenged in the same court, whereas we don't have any mechanism to challenge the politician's move.
U idiot Karunanidhi.. just for a political stunt u spoil the entire Tamilians Name.Dear all Tamilans beleive me one day this idioit will sell the entire TN to one foreigner..I feel ashamed to say I belong to TN because of this GUY. Does Karunanidhi,Ramadoss have the guts to ask where did Jesus did his education nor ask where did Mohammed did us graducation..u idiot only tease Hindus and all the TN hindus have no sense at all as all became fool. So sorry sceneces for TN.

They came on Sunday because there will be bandh on Monday. And supreme has treated as Emergency case as requested by the petitioners. If you want your case to be moved fast. Try filing it under Emergency. It it is really emergency one, Supreme will consider it. Why making mess here over Supreme, just because it opposed reservations. Shame on you man.

There was no need to come on sundays. The actual need to work on holidays comes when people are dying like in the case of Gujarat carnage. The judiciary was licking the dick of Modi that time.

SC should have taken such action against Modi when thousands of inocent people were being killed by ruling govt. In may cases, they are mere spectators. Why in Bihar 10 robers were lynched to death? That is not a law and order situation? SC is sleeping with such incidents?
Just hope this will teach all the nasty political party who calls bandh and disturb common people lives for no reason. The cheats loots the country to the core and never miss an opportunity to screw the poor citizens live in any possible ways.
