YES. HE WAS. NOW HE IS A SPINELESS CREATURE. JUST THINK ABOUT THE MUNNAR ISSUE. HE APPOINTED THREE GOOD CATS TO CATCH THE GOVT LAND ENCROACHING RATS. BUT, POOR CATS HAVE TO RUN AWAY. THEY REALISED ONLY LATER THAT THE POWERFUL POLITICAL DOGS ARE SUPPORTING THE RATS!!! (JUST A REMAKE OF TOM & JERRY CARTOONS)

Those cats were not competant enough to fight those rats. Those rats have been grown up by grabing forests lands for free. There is rat called Mani. It has another name pattayam rat. It is better not talking about Kerala politics. It is stinking.

THE IAS CATS ARE ALL VERY COMPETENT ONES. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE POWERFUL POLITICAL DOGS WILL NEVER ALLOW THEM TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. SEE THE ROADS, EDUCATION, HEALTH.... ALL ARE IN POOR CONDITONS. THE HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF KERALA HAS TO INTERVENE REGULARLY. POLITICIANS MAKE US FIGHT WITH EACH OTHER IN THE NAME OF RELIGION, CASTE, LANGUAGE AND ARE FILLING THEIR POCKETS. WE KERALITES ARE KEEPING QUITE AGAINST THEIR DEEDS AND SUPPORT THESE POLITICIANS DURING THE TIME OF BANDH, HARTAL ETC RESULTING IN HUGE LOSS TO THE STATE.
