You are correct.
What I refering to is the lines she had to remove - I am withdrawing controversial lines in Dwikhandita, written in 2002 with the memory of Bangladesh in the 1980s when the military threw out secularism in the country.
Question is why the moral police of secularims in India not complainig but actually aggreeing with her removal of lines?
WHY? Because IN INDIA SECULARISM IS ISLAMISM and SECULARIST ARE ISLAMISTS. They only bring reference to secularism when anything against the islamist it said or done....got it?
Strange country India...open up Bengali TV and you find these communist jerks competing with each other in dismissing the most benign of all religions Hinduism..their scholarship ranges from non existence of Ram to Babri masjid..none, issues of any significance when compare to global jihad which kills and beheads every single day. When push came to shove these Commies ran for cover and grew a mullah beard overnight, pressurizing an honest & brave writer to compromise. Bengal always known for compromising sissies, have lived up to its reputation.

bravo,such perfect words.i appreciate you putting in words what somany hindus feel today.anybody making versions of the history for whatever reason is the biggest criminal in a civil society and what happens in and by forthcoming generations holds the complete responsibility of that.
