Whether Jagdish Tytler or any other congressman ever gets jailed for the 1984 riots is a moot point. The fact is, even after 23 years, not a single `secular' congressman has been punished. Dharam Das Gupta and HKL Bhagat are no more. Sajjan Kumar, though sidelined by Congress several years after the riots, is exonerated. Jagdish Tytler was in the Ministry in the present UPA government before he was sidelined, but he also stands exonerated by the CBI. The Congressmen, who draw attention to the Gujarat riots repeatredly, say they have apologized to the nation for the massacre. When did they apologize? In 2005. In other words, massacre in 1000s, apologize and then move on in life. But the so called secular brigade never rakes up this massacre. Is it because the victims are non-muslims and the perpetrators of the crime are deemed to be secular? The PM of the country calls Gujarat a genocide. Then, what about the anti-Sikh riots? Was that massacre also not a genocide? Why the PM of the country, a Sikh to the boot, does not call it so? Why CPI(M, with Nandigram blood on their hands, consider the anti-sikh riots as a genocide? Why the Teesta Setelvads, Tarun Tejpals and other seculars do not consider the 1984 riots as a genocide? In fact, the 1984 riots is the trend-setter which has taught the politicians that they can not only get away with individual murders, but also get away with mass murders. It is indeed amystery!

The govt fears that sikhs will retaliate again if the issue is raked up. so they try to hide in a corner about it.
If I get a chance I would like to know from CBI and judiciary, what were the exact cases against Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish tytler and their ilk? Was it just instigating the congress followers to go head and kill as many Sikhs as possible? If INSTIGATING the public or congress supporters was the only case, then I fail to understand how come Rajiv Gandhi was not booked under the same clause. He uttered WHEN A BIG TREE FALLS EARTH SHAKES, and that was sufficient enough to instigate the public or congress supporters to go head and kill (Sikhs). After all he was General Secretary of the party at that time, and being son of the victim his words were like pouring oil into fire.
Congress Bureau of Investigation? Never ever in this country can a politician be prosecuted, no matter to which party he belongs. If one court will find him guilty, the upper one will make sure cases lingers on till "Qayamat". Pathetic CBI, hopeless courts.

Under congress rule in Delhi more than 5000 Sikhs were killed in 1984. This mass killing by Congress men was termed as unfortunate mob violence (compare Godhra) by Congress. It was the same when thousands of Kashmiri Pundits were tortured, raped & killed by Muslim extremists in J&K. Tehelka, a Christian funded TV, was at the service for Congress head Sonia to defame political rivals. The hasty move to air a discredited video on TV channels when Gujarat is going for assembly election shows the dirty game of Congress. The secular rascals (Eg: Romila Thapar) and Communists played their part in suppressing the brutal Indian History & Hindu genocide of around 60 million Hindus by Muslim rulers over a span of 600 years of invasion& torture was concealed from Indians in the name of religious harmony! They argued that the truth on Hindu persecution would destroy the religious harmony of India. This Congress/Commie ideology makes no sense when they are airing a fake video and plea only for Muslims for votes. What about the massacre of poor Hindus in Godhra or people in Nandigram by Congress/Commie goondas? Congress is watching their comrades killing innocent people in Nandigram so that they get Commie support to stay in power. Congress redefined secularism as selective appeasement and rationalisation. India needs independent "foreign judiciary". These kind of cases should be handled by international Human right commissions independently . Nothing has come out of this case so after even after so many years ??
