by Amit Jain on Nov 27, 2007 12:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

WHEN THE TERRORIST AND GANG LEADERS LIKE BROTHER OF DAWOD IBRAHIM CAN GET THE BAIL DUE TO NEGLENCY OF POLICE THEN WHATS WRONG IF SANJAY HAS GOT THE BAIL .ACCORDING TO ME THE CRIME TAKES PLACE ONLY WHEN SOMEONE HARMS ANOTHER PEOPLE INTREST OR LIFE LIKE THAT OF SALMAN KHAN KILLED 4 PEOPLE IN AN ACCIDENT THOGH THAT WAS ACCIDENT BUT IT TAKES AWAY SOMEONE LIFE. AND IN THIS CASE SANJAY HAS NOT HARM ANY ONE OR KILLED ANY ONE HIS CRIME HAS ONLY THAT HE HAS TAKEN AK57 FOR HIS OWN SECURITY AND ACCORDING TO ME IT SI NOT A CRIME

Amit jain.. get matured.. open ur eyes.. ur statements would have been different if ur relatives would have got butchered in attacks..
tomorrow some one might say rape is not a crime.. its for personal reasons..

a crimnal needs to be punished.. how can u be so sympathetic towards a criminal. just because someone is roaming free,, all criminals cant roam free.. think about the families who lost thier relatives. people who had gone to work came back as pieces of meat in bags.. and this fellow talks about gandhi giri.. gandhi himself failed.. how can a rowdie promote gandhigiri..

God save india.. Supreme court needs introspection.. may god give courage to the affected families..

It is certainly political pressure that has allowed Sanjay Dutt to be free in his place inside one politician what a disgrace to our judiciary and legal system. Politicians are judges now.

don't be so pessimistic..I have seen many cases of unknown criminals (our leaders as well) who have been seen with ak-47 on camera (media) and are still free. Dutta has faced at least close to 2 and half years of prison.... and some 12 years of mental ups-downs. I think he should face at most 1 more years of prison...and that would be more than the punishment.

correct! However, u need to differentiate between crimes....otherwise it will be like "tarbooj chor ko fansi ki saza." It is not as if Dutta is not gulity but just don't go after every such person who has been caught and let those free who can not be caught.....otherwise even a thief should be hanged by your logic.

Why everybody has been tragetting him. He got bail by the provisions of law after spending in jail for many days. Every ordinary person also gets bail in henious crimes like murder, rape, etc. He can not be put behind bars for lifetime just because he is a celebraty. Lets our courts decide his fate as per law..

Money can do wonders
by Just Like That on Nov 27, 2007 12:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

While I am neutral as far as Sanjay is concerned as he was stupid enough to have friendship with anti-social elements that landed him up in trouble and had to spend his one phase of life in jails, I am sure that money has played a significant role in his bail granted by Supreme Court. As no other TADA convicts could afford to weight their weight with money, they have to languish in jails for ever.

While Sanjay's release is a big relief to the film industry, I suggest Sanjay to keep aside a part of the new earnings to the families affected due to bomb blast. Let alteast the departed souls feel happy by his repentance.

Hate the sin and not the sinner does not make sense then release all criminals including murderers et all. All convicted for similar crime must also then get bail. What is our court doing it will certainly send wrong message to criminals. As it is we have enough crime and instead of discouraging it court is encouraging it and we say law is equal for all.
What rubbish !

Priya dutt has gone 1UP,

she managed to talk sonia into giving bail to Mr. Dutt

Nothing personal against dutt, but not a good impression on the common man.

That would give the common man the right to posses guns (AK-47) and NOT commit a crime.

ABSURD as it may sound, but thats what the UPA is all about...

Congrats SONIAji for de-moralizin Indians.... by the way hoz the Pizza cookin up?
