I would like to express my empathy to Mrs.Krishnamurthy, She might feel depressed today after High court's verdict, but she should have faith in herself, faith on all good souls & she should go ahead fighting for justice till its finally done. All these loopholes in our system needs to be tackled before every citizen of India burst out in anger & at that time no system,no politician, absolutely no one will be able to stop us from taking justice.I still have full faith on goodness of world & our judiciary. But judiciary needs serious reforms,I can say that face-lifts wont be able to make any substantial changes in this system,a complete make-over,a serious face change is required. My best wishes to Mrs. Krishnamurthy for her victory in supreme court. -Sandip Tiwari, Raipur
Delayed justice is unjustice for the victims, our judicairy need to be prompt otherwise people may loose their patience and then work of judiciary may be limited to find out who was the first culprit. Judiciary should stop favoring culprits.
this truly is a significant effort. Though the judgement was passed very late (and it shouldn't have been) but it's better late than never. I don't know if I should congratulate victim's relatives and friends, for they lost precious ones, but there combined effort surely made a difference. They proved a point and let this be a lesson to all of the negligent/currupt public service providers.
they profit out of the building, and most importantly - squeeze every bit of money from every side....so punish them. they simply cannot pass the buck to anyone else.
