First people must remove caste name from their names. Like Panicar,Menon,Nampoothri,Reddy,Naidu,Rao. Same applicable to people from North. Just see Tamilians they don't have caste name in ther surname

Even S M Krishna is also a gowda. But the difference is the educational background between HDDG and SMK. SMK is one of our best chiefministers. A Harward graduated person in comparison to a diploma holder in civil engineering who just scraped through after several attempts. HDDGs daughter once slapped a poor traffic constable because he objected to her car parked in a no parking zone. This itself shows how HDDG has broughtup his children.Where as we have never heard any such incidents in case of SMK. HDDG is a dirty politician to the core who does not have any self respect. He has amassed wealth to the tune of several thousand crores.

We can what is right and what is wrong in this forum. But poor people don't have the knowledge of decision making. A currency note of Rs100/- will buy their votes for five year term.
If you look at the brighter side of this whole episode, parties will refrain from getting into such power sharing agreements in future. Otherwise, all partners in coalations will insist on sharing power. If there are 5 partners, they would want 5 different CMs in one term.

RIGHT !!! The coalition, multiparty has gone to such a low that next time people will not vote for small & family parties. This will lead to stability. Democracy will be strengthened.
A father should be a role model to children. At outlook, Gowda pretends speech looks like God fearing and service minded, parallely his inner mind is thirsty for power and money. During 1996 when press reporter asked whether he is interested for the post of PM, he replied that he will not cross the border of Karnataka, but what happened ? When Kumarasamy tied with BJP for power, he acted as if his sons are against his wishes. Within a month or week he became the authorised spokesperson for Kumarasamy. Both his sons kumarasamay & Revanna swindled karanataka. Gowda's family runs profitable business in the name of Politics. This is the mockery of democracy. This is one way a dictatorship. Gowda doesn't have not even a single percent mind for the welfare of poor. In a federal democracy this is a ashame. Gowda, kumarasamy & Revanna traited BJP. Like PMK leader Ramadoss in Tamilnadu, Gowda will tie up with any political party for power. He will kneel and bow down to anyone for power. The people of Karnataka should punish this atrocious family in the coming election. Let the father and sons sit at home and look after the business or count the money they earned through bribe in the last 18 months.
Congress is shouting shame too soon as they will be the ones that will be joining hands with Gowda now. I hope the people of K'taka understand who stands where and specially give Gowda and his son a smack on the face by make all their hopefuls lose their deposit the next time elections around, which would be very soon. Congress has no moral right to name call any party as they are the mother of all corruptions.
What the bjp has experienced in Karnataka is what it has mastered - the art of deception. Those to live by deception will necessariy have to die by deception. Probably it after is universal justice in the days of kalyug.

ur dreams will not come true.. because after electin BJP washed out in UP and Mayawati came back in power there... Like in Karnataka u can see Congress will come in Power in next election..

gafoor dont you see that BJP is confident of coming to power in Karnataka... that is why they resigned so easily... they know that BJP is the rising star in Karnataka... the "betrayal" card will wash away any signs of anti-incumbency against BJP-JDS 20 month govt and BJP is going to be the big winner. The Congress understands this and therefore they decided to let a weak BJP govt in rather than face elections. BJP has a simple majority in its pocket now. If JDS ties up with Congress now, we are looking at a 2/3rd majority for BJP.
Janata Dal S is not a political party. It's Devagowda's family party. It's a shame to Karnataka to have such a party and politics there. Once they had enjoyed the support from BJP for 18 months, they should have the courage to let BJP to rule.
It's a shame to our country to have such a people.
Now people of Karntaka will teach the lessons to Devagowda and his politics. THey think people of karnataka would believe his drama. This would be shown in the next elections, when they approach the public.

you are very correct sir. These persons are not a good politicians. people of karnataka will teach them
BOTH FATHER AND SONS SHOULD REVEAL THEIR ASSEST TO PRESS AND MADE PUBLIC BEFORE FILING THEIR NOMINATION PAPER AGAIN.ALL THEIR RELATIVES SHOULD BE THROUGHLY CHECKED.
Really it is a shame for the KARNATAKA People who voted in favour of the GOWDA's. The people of the Karnataka should teach a right lesson to them through their voting right.
It is not expected from a person who hold such a post like Prime Minister whould not behave in such a shameful way.
The politicians does not know the power of the people. Really I am pitty about the People of the State of Karnataka.
I am not a supporter of BJP. I don't like BJP at all. But they are betrayed by Mayawati once and this people also. While they are enjoying the support of BJP, they ae happy. When it is their turn they are not willing for the support ( whole hearted support) I am extending my support to Ediyuraapa with wholeheartedly, he should become the Chief Minsiter of Karnataka without any body's support.
This will happen, with the people's power.
I wish all success to Ediyurappa for the forthcoming election.

You support betryal. If this happens to you should others be happy. Citizens of India should vote for a party who works for development of country. We should not be party specific.

Karnataka may not go to polls as congress will split JDS and form the govt. Now Deva gowda will tell people that congress betrayed them and cashed out. Karnataka will again vote for JDS

Hi Stephen. It was mere luck that Devegowda became the PM. He was not even worth even being in the PM's office as a clerk. That was probably the darkest period in Indian political history when Devegowda was the PM
There can never be anything worse than this that can happen in politics. JD(S) is probably the only party in the world that has the capability to do such sickening stuff. When it was in power, they enjoyed the support of BJP and now they come with all sorts of MOUs. The only way we can teach these politicians a lesson is by not voting for them. They are taking the people of Karnataka for a ride. Let us not hitch hike on this ride. Let us abstain from voting. No political party deserves to govern us.

If you abstain from voting, then by default they will win because of cheating and the (so called) minority vote banks. They may also forge your mandate to obtain power.
