Secularists Janata Dal and Non-Secular BJP were doing well when Secular Janata Dal was in power. THE FIRST THING HE SHOULD HAVE DONE AS SOON AS HE SWORN IN AS A CHIEF MINISTER WAS TO ATTRACT PUBLIC WITH HIS EMOTIONAL SPEECH ABOUT HIS REFORMS ETC. STILL TIME IS THERE, HE CAN COME BACK.
