Why cant the people of Kannada have a party of their own to look after the interests of the State instead of chamchas of Congress or BJP or Janata Party or whatever ?
I have been saying from the very beginning HDDevegowda is treacherous and unbelievable man. Everyday he and his son HDK are giving different information regarding coalition govt. with BJP. Now the news that HDD is hobnobbing with Congress is unfortunate. This is what M.P.Prakash did sometime back. HDD cleverly removed him from the scene by surprisingly extending support to BJP. HDD is insincere not only to his own party, JD(S) but also to BJP and Congress as well. My advice to people of Karnataka would be to politically banish this man for ever. We cannot forget the bitter experience we had when he was the PM for short duration. HDD is not only unpredictable but his moves are idiotic - K.S.Balajee, Political Analyst.
The pair - Devegowda and his son Kumaraswamy reminds me of the great old kannada film -"Bhoothayyana Maga Ayyu!" In that movie, when Bhoothayya dies, his son Ayyu carries the body on a bullock cart...
BJP konws how to handle Gowda and show his position by arm-twisting him. They have thrown the 12-conditions to Dustbin! if Gowda feels he is humiliated by BJP, he will be even more humiliated by people of Karnataka when he seeks for votes. In first case, does he have face to seek for votes?
Untill people like gowda is alive it is not possible to congress or BJP or any party can form the govt. it is sure that Kumaraswamy will come out from the gowdas clutches.
