I am being a muslim, my view is that if Modi is so Liberal and felt of past bad things happen,he should order proper enquiry about past massacre and who is responsible must be punished.Muslims are not opposed to Bjp,as Most hindus are good with other religeon. But Culprits must be punished they should not be given any shelter.past is past, present is ours.

What Tehelka "Sting operation" has done, clearly attracts Section 153A of the IPC and if Congress has not sponsored this "Sting operation" then it should not hesitate to prosecute Tehelka u/s 153A IPC. As Tehelka as well as the T.V. Channels who aired those tapes are headquartered at Delhi, it is the Delhi Police and consequently the Government of India to take the legal action against them u/s 153A IPC. Nobody could have had any grouse if "Tehelka" and the T.V. Channels had passed on those tapes to the Supreme Court, for suitable action, or even telecasted the so-called confessions of VHP activists or the BJP MLA for the information of the people. And, if indeed, those confessions are genuine and have any evidentiary value in them, then the law must take its course against those whose guilt is established. The real MISCHIEF that attracts Section 153A IPC is the JUXTAPOSITION AND INTERSPERSION of rising flames and bellowing smoke with the earlier recorded bytes of the Gujarat riots, accompanied with crashing cymbals, beats of drums, screaming voices, and the highly provocative comments of the 'anchors' of the channels that aired those tapes. There is a clear intention to inflame communal passions through what all was telecast in the name of "Gujarat ka Sach", and it would be dangerous for the future of the country if such a nefarious act goes unpunished by default of the UPA Government. Everybody is shouting there are lot of development in Gujrat during BJP rule? First of all I am not a supporter of any political party, congress, cpm or any other party. What development in Gujrat? I am settled in Delhi for last 15 years and I use to read almost all periodicals and news papers. I found that under BJP rule Gujrat has become a purely Hindu State. During their regime, a lot of godmans like Asaram Bapu, Ramesh Oza, etc etc have emerged and they are earning crores of money in the name of religion without paying a single rupee as tax and CM himself is supporting these activities. This Asaram Bapu has occuppied acres of land in the heart of Delhi illegally without the permission of any authority. These Godmans makes public fool and earn money by just speeches and dances (Even it is heard that Asaram Bapu performs Raas Leela on the Stage!!!) Whatever development is being going on in Development, the full credit goes to NRIs and Reliance group. What is role of Modi in this? He visits foreign countries every year and spend his holidays there. The Gujratis are wasting their money in constructing temples and ashrams. In Delhi they have constructed Akshardham temple at a cost of 100 Cr (on paper). This they are doing in a country where a majority of people in our country are living in streets and slums without a proper house and find very hard to have food for at least one time. But these people are selfish and they waste money for religion.

Who is stopping you from using this section to file a case ? Any Tom and Harry can do it ...especially the unemployed lawyers so aghast at Mallika Sherawat's dancing and Richard Gere's kisses. These "experts" on law are nothing more than paper tigers.
