if ap speaker is not competent better to step down. for 5 session not able to conduct the house, how can we blame the members. legislatures to be given a chance to debate the issues. while issue was bought favouring ruling party deeds speaker became the hand in glove. this is not correct. ap cm abuse the members, to shut their mouth while opposition bring out the issues for debate. speaker allows cm to talk & make the house adjourn. then speaker is not a competent. better he resign. let the speaker post given to the opposition. that way it will work out. In ruling party if no competent speaker available let the post given to one of the opposition party.
