Politicians should inspire goodness in common man, not bore.
by bihari babu on Nov 21, 2007 10:55 PM  Permalink

Sonia & Rahul if read from prepared note, whats wrong with it ? Bajpayee always read when it come to important issue. Whats important is what idea u r communicating. Not written or verbal. Does your idea inspire, unite nation to progress, is it positve or attacking other party for political gain. These things matter. U see when Bush speak. Ever sentence is to inspire common man, delivered with human interest. u never hear him giving big bombastic boring talk like our politicians do. All usa president does this. Thats why america is so strong nation today. In india u listen to president/PM speech on independence day, u feel like sleeping, or headache, they are so complicated.

It takes time to season.
by chanakya maurya on Nov 13, 2007 04:21 PM  Permalink

Rahul must accept the fact that he is too young and too inexperienced to play a role that he is trying to play presently.

And it seems his mom is too eager and rather too anxious to launch him into the lead role rather too soon.

It takes time to season.

Look what happened to his dad when took the reins when he was still too young and too inexperienced.

The safed topi londes steered him into passing the Shah Bano legislation.

The darkest legislation in the history of Swatantra Bharat varsh.

Why just question khadi and abstinence Mr.Gandhi?
by Surya Potharaju on Nov 13, 2007 03:08 AM  Permalink

Mr.Gandhi seems to have forgotten that servitude was a prerequisite for entering congress - may be because it serves his cause.
May that attitude is built into the psyche of millions of congress activists who crave for leadership from one signle family.

He actually said that?
by ravinandanprakash agrawal on Nov 13, 2007 02:42 AM  Permalink

He actually said that? reminds me of a dialog from 'half ticket' where KK the great in a mental asylum says "main pagal nahin hoon, mera dimag kharab hai".
