JDS stands for rank opportunism. they have no honour, no logic, no respect for people's mandate and are selfish to the core. lingayats are in danger of being branded as traitors under that party.
Prakash is a pathetically useless guy. He has only 3 MLAs with him, not 16. Thats the reason why he couldn't become CM with help from Congress.
Its very clear because only 3 MLAs were with him last week, and all other MLAs attended the meeting called by HDK.
Now that Lingayat leader Yeddyurappa has become CM, this self-appointed Lingayat leader (only in name!) has become worthless, and nobody wants him now. So he is taking relief in boasting nonsense in his own fools paradise.
mr prakash plz stay off these ppl as read by me in the interview power should have beeen transfered as per agreeement . what about ditch mr dharam singh and then father son not speaking about it now when he said mr gowda that i will never ever allow bjp to come 2 power. plz dont do anymore bandhsor hungama outside gandhi statue anymore request from all of us who r not botheredd games political parties PLAY. regards abhay
In 1999,when JDS was split,Mr.Prakash was with JH Patel whose govt. was supported by BJP.Then he didnnot have any problem with BJP.In 2006 again he become minister which was supported by BJP.Then he saw no problem.and now he suddenly sees BJP a wrong party.People like Prakash, who change colors are more dangereous.
How does it matter whether the chameleons like MP Prakash join the government or not? If he was so unhappy now, he should not have enjoyed power earlier by becoming a minister. He is complaining now after enjoying power for 20 months and when it came for transfer of power to BJP all the excuses were suddenly discovered by him, his so called mentor Deve Gowda and his Ladlas.
He is a spent force, this was evident during the Elections in Bellary Shusma swaraj v/s Sonia, This man could not even attract few thousand crowd, his clout is fading, he has no say what-so-ever, simply lingering on the caste politics !!! who cares if he stays out

yup, i hope they do that. after that - sense should prevail - let either congress or the bjp come to power. the rest are opportunists at best, and at worst, well, yu can call them deve gowdas.
Now the Congress has started playing its usual game of If NOT me no one else should. The Congress now says that this BJP-JD(S) formation is illegal and the Governor should not allow such formation. The Governor is an appointee of the Congress government at the centre and the President also belongs to the Congress party. We cannot expect them to act against the wishes of the high command. Now what is going to happen no one can surmise. Had the JD(S) kept its commitment and handed over power to the BJP on October 3, it would have saved at least its image. The Congress taking advantage of the situation, started playing monkey-sharing bread between two cats with the hope that it can devour the whole bread. Apprehending the ingenious game indulged in by the Congress, the JD(S) made an about turn to support the BJP. There are no real heroes in this episode but the one who has come out looking most silly, if not shame-faced and downright deceitful, is Gowda.
If you and deve gowda can go out of india it is better for india and karnataka. Now you are not any possition in goverment and you tried lot with congress nothing is happened ,so you are acting now very honest secular leader like idiate devegowada good keep itup
