Dear friends: The Nueclear Deal with US may be negotiated at this Juncture, as US is eager for the DEAL. Dont feel it bad just because BJP/CPM/Congress.
Think beyond parties-these parties may come & go. As a true Indian U can suggest whatever good for India.
US may be great; but INDIA must be GREATEST.

read 123 agreement, study hyde act then form an opinion,the deal cannot be accepted along with hyde act,2005 agreement was a good but hydes amendment made it worse for india,why ?becoz it clearly says that the deal will be valid only if india's foreign policy is in tune with usa's is that acceptable to any free thinking nation? look at pakistan USA used it like a condom and throwed away.
No self-respecting govt or nation can go behind US again and request renegotiation. BJP knows it very well, as well. Wish they put nation's prestige and its people's interests before their petty gains and positions. No properly educated and self-respecting citizen can support these games. Only these blind hard-core BJP followers whose writings we can see in these unmoderated rediff pages, will support them. Because for them their party and religion is above the prosperity of the nation.

Dr. Manmohan Singh took a gr8 leap for India's energy needs. And US cannot use and throw India out.
Indian political system is in terrible state with BJP's and Commis in it. GOD bring some sensibility in them.

you are correct Kurien. BJP is a bullshit. they don't have any particular agenda except gaining power by any means. They are not as educated and experienced as Congress. BJP cannot say that don't go for the deal at the same time it can not support the deal coz it is done by Congress. Therefore they are trying to find the middle path to made people confused and try to show that they are not opposed as Left.

you cannot be a jain. For jains dont have multiple gods. Jainism was founded to get away from the violent society that existed then, hence Ahimsa and non- violence came to this country.

see the nuclear deal might be important...but we as a common citizen can hardly trust a party full of parasites and ruled by a firang... congress that has left the nation bhikhari in 50 years of their rule..
1.we as a nation have derived our culture from the hindu heritage of 1000s of years ONLY in stark contrast to their pressing assumption of a so-called after-effect left by the the moghul raiders and looters like Md. Ghaznavi, Gori, Aurangzeb, babar etc.

If that is true, then why are you still alive.. 3) Do you mean to say Retaliation, very few Hindus retaliated... and were successful ??? Gladiator...here are your answers. 1) This is a question that doesn't qualify an answer. But, since you asked, it is your grandmother who didn't hide in the bush, and hence you became a Muslim. 2) Despite the belief that the Kings can do anything, they will not, because, if the overwhelming majority of the citizens hate you, you can be out of power (see Musharaff, he was like a King!!). So, the Mughal emperors put taxes, pressurized and even forced whom they can, and that's why we have 10 to 12% of population as Muslims (converted from Hindus, and a few from Persia, and the like). 3) Hinduism is an extremely peaceful religion, and they never retaliated with immense force, like Muslims or Christians (see Crusade, and Jihad!!). Of course, there are people who are more ideological in Hinduism (unlike Muslims, where most are), and they retaliated, but without a big support, it isn't possible to beat them. 4) Muslims were repressive, dominant, but weren't all powerful. They did all atrocities possible, but were still scared for their own balls. They would have been cut into pieces, if they tried anything more. That's why there are about 80% Hindus left, and the atrocities created people like you (I pity you, you are a victim of Muslim's atrocities) 5) The argument of compulsion is absolutely true, and historical, except for idiots and fanatics like you.
