In an exclusive interview to The Telegraph, Kissinger rejected the much-debated assumption, both in India and the US, that a rising China, which implicitly threatens American dominance, had pushed Washington to negotiate the nuclear deal with Delhi.

Israel-??? guys have u kew what happened during the lebanan war? the much hyped Israel cant win back the soldiers and now trading them. See the number of impeacehments on Ehud olmert for his failure on war front. India is a much powerful and bettr equiped country than Israel

As a kid you must have read many fairy tales where the life of the king is stored in a parrot. You kill the parrot and you kill the king. hahaha. You talk about nukes as if they were bananas. Or as if there is a parrot that can be killed and all the nukes will disappear. I wish there was such a thing but unfortunately the situation is much more complex that than. Do some more reading I am sure you can do away with your pedestrian views.

Muslim fanaticism/ Fundamentalism which has destroyed Pakistan, and Hindu fanaticism/ Fundamentalism of the RSS type should be opposed equally. Thank god, except a minority who need their adrenalin of hate to support their self-respect like Tataghata, RSS and its fundementalism / extremism is failing..
India can never be a mirror image of Pakistan. We have the resilience to defeat the fundamentalism of the majority (RSS) and the minority (SIMI, the Kashmir outfits etc).

Yes there are some end products like you who do not give a correct picture of hinduism. This culture is thousands of years old and will exist for many thousand years. The only threat to this great culture is from fanatics like you. I am sorry but thats how it is. Hinduism will cease to exists when hindus start behaving like Jihadis.

Hindus are never Jehadis. Hinduism/buddhism is the most peaceful religion on the earth. Other religion like Islam & Christian say that kill any species and eat. Hinduism, buddhism never teach killing.

Exactly thats what I am saying. Why give a wrong picture of our religion. People like me who live outsite India have to do a lot of explaining when the media beams pictures of hindu fanatics shouting slogans with swords in their hands. Does not reflect my faith.

Well Arun ..I agree the radicals are painting a wrong picture.But again our media is totally biased always hell bent on showing the hindu in wrong taste.I wonder when they'll come up with a sting operation on the conversion by the missionaries.I've been made to feel that in our country the word secular=anything anti-hindu.Dunno when our hindutva leaders will get some brains and realize the danger of conversion to christianity ..that too now its more of state sponsored one with the blessings of Madam Sonia.These ppl just want to keep the Hindu muslim clashes alive and silently convert the masses in the background..

Arun, I also get hurt when I see the comment about hinduism in Media. Most of the Indian media is anti Hindu. There are plenty of example. You see in North east what is happening against Hindus, look in Kashmir media do not talk about the Hindus problem. Just 2-3 months back a 16 yr old Hindu boy was burnt alive by group of muslim but none of the media (except statesman) reported this in the meantime a muslim is beaten by police covered the front page of all media, what is this?

Ofcourse MF Husain should be tried in court but I do not support killing of any innocent for something he/she has not done. We are a civilized society. Media certainly looks biased against hindus but we cant blame muslims for that. India media is in the hands of hindus. If our community is not doing the job correctly we cant take out our frustration on others.

Yes I accept your version of secularism. Any body commenting on Koran is against Islam and should be killed. However, a moron like karunanidhi saying that Ram was a drunkard deserved to be called statesman. We need to keep on subsidizing Haj travel. We need Islamic courts in India (See government of India briefing on this issue). We need reservation in government or private run institution but if it is run by minority, it can have any rule. After each and every bomb blast and killing by Islamist we need to remind everyone that terror has no religion. Any body who does not agree with this is a RSS agent :-)

Muslims are a minority less than 15% of population. Hindus by far are the majority, not sure what hindus get paranoid about if there are a handful of conversions??? When you are a majority, it is tendency of media to be somewhat pro-underdog(i.e pro minority) because it is their rights which have to be secured more(because they are likely to be threatened more).
Islamic courts are only for muslims, what problem do you have with that?? (though i would much love t see the same law applied to everyone, but thta should not be issue of such major contention for hindus, its eventually not our buisness).
All minorities get reservations, whats wron with that??either you oppose all reservations including reservation for women...nothing special is being done for muslims...

Demoishing a mosuqe(eidence for temple under it still not found), mass massacre of 5000 muslims...the fact that muslims get killed at a rate 10 times greater than hindus in riots..the fact that muslim condition in india is worse than dalits..
you would think that maybe we can show some amount of understanding and compassion, if not for their sake then for our own...where will you kick out 200 million muslims?? its such a large number that if there was ever to be a confrontation between two communities...there would be a masscre for next 200 years..

there needs to be awareness spread, if you seek to intimidate the muslims, and they ed up feeling pinned against the wall..IT WILL CAUSE EVEN THE INNOCENT MUSSLIM (which is the greater part of muslims) TO BECOME MORE LIKELY TO TAKE UP TO JIHAD AND TERRORISM...
That will be the direct result of this fanaticism beng spread in name of hindutva by RSS..
there are ways of doing things..there are a handfull of msulims who indulge in such acts..that is true..but dont paint such a big propganda against the whole community.... you cannot cleanse muslims and islam of any wrong notions by pinning them into a corner with trihuls in your hand(that is all a vote gathering agenda for people who cant talk on developmental issues)..
According to some people on this board if I write anything against hate spreaders I automatically become a muslim. To them I want to say a simple thing. India is hindu majority country and we have a sikh prime minister and the leader of the ruling party is a christian lady. So all those who brot them to power automatically become muslims ?????? hahaha So to these fanatics I just want to say that they should learn to live with difference of opinions because thats the foundation of a democratic society.
