Whatever little I see of him, I think he is alright. I think he is well intended in a terrible state. I remember him urging India-Pak to meet up at UN to try and solve Kashmir dispute. But no takers in India for obvious selfish reasons. I don't think I am in a country that is selfless and clean enough to ridicule everything else. I do have a soft corner for Pakistan as I have many friends there. Hope they all pass through this with little hurt. Before I get flamed - No, I am not an ABCD or anything. Very much an Indian guy who also spent sometime elsewhere in the world to see myself better. Also, I dont give a damn to grammar...
He is just not strong enough, I cant comment as I think I would be terrified to be in his situation.

Ram or whatever your real name is:
You don't give a damn for grammar or just never went to school. Otherwise how can you justify a terrible dictator on poor Pakistanis? They are poor people like any of us who were first herded up like goats by Jinnah and his clowns in the name of religion and then exploited by the army and the feudal landlords. Its the army that wants perpetual animosity with India so that they can justify their importance.
It would be icing on cake to watch 'Uncle' in bollywood. Would love to see uncle being one up on our own amitabh. Generalsaab please come to mumbainagari and set up your tent. There are scores others who have taken lead roles from your country and are doing well. Looking forward to seeing you. For once, Pakistanis will be very happy.

He has already acted in VIP underwear advertisement with Vajpayee remember!!! hahahahaha
Mr Mohammad Hanif has a point which I have also noticed. Few minutes of President's English speech for the Western community, the USA etc though in right elan was terribly humiliating at least for one reason that the President had no business to openly address to others by taking their names which must have obviously petrified the country's citizenry. I vividly remember the speech of Indira Gandhi's Emergency declaration followed by her speech to Nation through AIR (that was the whole available then)and it was superb in drafting and narration, though Indira remained to be a much hated person for Emergancy. During Musarraf's coupious speech he seemed to desparate, scary and scared as if he was facing a court martial. Rabi Kanungo Intellectual Forum.
There is similarity to end with poetic sentence (like ''no end of the road''"" can spring be far behind'" etc) between our primeminister and presedent musharraf's speech.
Musharraf along with pak military have turned it into an art on how to fool the international Community into giving billions and Keeping him and the military in power. All complete with well choreographed acts like assassination attempts, blasts, raids into waziristan, nukes in danger, emergency, Chinese navy bases in Gwadar Port, Osama sacks islamabad etc.. etc.. When the fact remains Taliban till today is a wholly owned subsidiary of pakistan ISI with the objective to control Afghanistan and be the reason for west to pay billions of $$ in rent/aid to Pakistan Army which includes Talibans salary supplemented by drug trade.
