It is his last attempt ... but he shouldn't fail.. he needs support
by Murugesan Theivasegamani on Nov 07, 2007 11:15 AM  Permalink

Pakistan is rival/roke country for India. US and China were behind Pak to counter India/Russia, but now equation changed. India faced lot of issue/ butchery from Pakistan, we lost many of our family members & friends by this bloodshed. Double edged terrorism knife now started to taste their own blood in the name of Islam. If we look at eye for eye, it is an opportunity to use this situation for the benefit of Indian, but that is not good. I am a Hindu and strong believer of my religion, but it doesn't meant that I like bloodshed in Muslims/Christian and massacre. We should treat the killings same way when it happened for us or anywhere in the world. So now Indian government must help to Pak to get rid of terrorism, as of now possibly Musharaf is the only option/person can do this. If we ignore this opportunity, payback will be so costly. Some Muslims are still attracted by terror campaign in the name of Islam, many other couldn't oppose it though they didn't like it, because they suspect other Muslim may brand them as scapegoat of Muslim. Don't Panic, come forward to help each other. We should work together for win (you), win (me), win(human society). Yesterday an animal (human bomb) killed 90 people among them many were children. I couldn't see the difference in their blood as Muslim. Every one of us must come forward to battle against terrorism in any form. DO NOT PANIC to punish/kill terrorist in any form and defender of terrorism.

Our religion is not like underwear that we change as and when it gets solied.I do not want to start a dialogue on religious discourse / debate with you or with anyone on this forum. If you wish so then I will not shy also but this will hurt you because Hinduism is not a religion but a mythology. You better understand what is myth and mythology.

You call yourself a Hindu? Shame on you. Hinduism teaches you "loka samasta sukhino bavantu[May all the worlds be happy and free]" and "Vasudeva Kutumbakam[The world is one familty". Respecting others and other's beliefs are an integral part of being a Hindu.

You have not read or understood Islam and therefore yourv knowledge is vaery very superficial.

You jumped to write about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) without even bothering that how much it will hurt muslims. Did I/we ever wrote about Krishna Bhagwan or about any of your god or goddess.

i think we should start respecting each others religion and should not talk baseless things.

Read between the lines, and be ready for another diversion on the rocky road to Pakistani democracy
by on Nov 06, 2007 08:29 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This morning we heard General Pervez Musharraf say that very soon "we'll start moving on the same track as we were having".

What do we read into this?

That he will again intrude into our Kashmir?

That he will try to make an ass out of the Pakistani praja as he did in 1999 when he said he was about to grab all of Kashmir from us?

By imposing martial law, Musharraf has pushed nuclear-armed Pakistan further along a perilous course and underscored the failure of President Bush's policy toward a key ally in the war on terrorism. The events have -- as it is now known -- not come as a surprise to the US and UK administration officials.

This is the result of a bad policy centered slavishly on a single, autocratic despot ruler rather than more broadly on his country.

It was sad to see -- also on our TVs this morning -- Pakistani lawyers openly challenge the legitimacy of Musharraf's emergency degree on Monday although the response was less than heartening as Musharraf first sent his police to beat the protesters and then announced that a national election would take place in January.

One who does one mistake is Shai-tan
One who does same mistake again is Bhe-iman
One who does mistake over and over and over again is Pakistan.

General Mushrraf is Clever!!
by BahujanHitay BahujanSukhay on Nov 06, 2007 06:25 PM  Permalink

Dear Friends, General Mushrraf is clever enough to handle this situation created by himself. He has proven record to handle not only India but US and Western world in Pakistan's favour. We should learn from his talent and administrative skills, what is better for India in democratic manner. You may know that after 9/11, Pakistan was becoming terrorist country and we tought that Pakistan would be targeted but because of Gen. Mushrraf everything was changed and Pakistan became friend of US and Western world against Terrorism. We Indian were very happy that time because we thought that Pakistan will loose support of US but it became more closer to US because of Gen.Mushraff only. He is right to say that in Pakistan, one should not expect democracy and free society like in Developed Countries. Because in developed countries nowhere we hear about suicide bombing. So it is better to leave the volatile Country like Pakistan in hands of able General like Mr.Mushrraf.

A Secular-Democratic force can only beat imperialism. When Bin-Laden gets much strength, George Bush and Sangh Parivar both will get chance to beat Muslim community.
