Turn Around of Gujrt Electricity Board
by A Singh on Nov 05, 2007 03:31 PM  Permalink

Read the story of Turn-around of Gujrat Electricity Board in Economic Times today.
Now, of course Economic Times is a news paper owned by BJP, and is blatantly communal, or otherwise how could it publish such a story just before elections!
And again of course, if indeed GEB has turned around, it has nothing to do with Modi, and the policies and programmes of the Central Government have to be given the credit.
Conclusion: Vote for Congress.

Best Way to Keep BJP Out
by A Singh on Nov 05, 2007 03:30 PM  Permalink

The best way to keep BJP out of contention for ever, is to let them govern for some time.
This happened at the Center, and this is going to happen in Karnataka.
Look how the BJP has been behaving. They know they are never going to get this close to Power again, so they must gra the opporunity at all costs, even if they have remain in Power for a few days only.

Appropriate thing to BJP
by Rationalist on Nov 05, 2007 02:49 PM  Permalink

Whatever BJP is asking is only their rightful. It is not that they are objective in this regard. They are doing what they are supposed to do at this time, that is accepting their rightful share. People who are emotionally centimentally inclined may feel that it's not right. But in politics one cannot go by emotions & centiments thinking wheather Gowda clan will ditch them again. One has to be practical to core not egoistic. But the way BJP is trying to acheive by causing agony to public is not going to give them any points though virtually it is CONGRESS selfish politics which is responisble for this ruling indirectly in name of Governer/President, proxy rule ha ha.

Will backfire

The decision to form government with JD (S) which is an unstable partner is detrimental to BJP. The pro BJP wave generated after Kumarswamy's refusal to resign and hand over power, has died down and BJP is seen as opportunistic party, that will steep down to any level just to hang on to power. It looks they are infected with POWER virus.

BJP is not doing anything unconstitutional nor anything un-ethical
by sundar on Nov 05, 2007 12:38 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The more BJP tries to pressurize Gowda,JD(S), Guv and COngress in forming the govt, the better it is for democracy for political future prospects of BJP as well.
The more BJP is agressive in govt formation, the more -ve JD(S),Gowda,Guv and congress will play.
People are not blind and dumb and hear and see the stupid behavior of guv, gowda and will teach a lesson or two in next elections whenever they are held..

BJP leaders should open their eyes
by Desi Needs on Nov 04, 2007 10:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

BJP leaders should use their commonsense to conclude that JD is the least trustworthy partner in any coalition. They are not ashamed to change their stand many times in a single day.

It is a pity that BJP is not realizing the true color of JDs. Or may be BJP state leadership wants to have the chief ministership for at least one day, at any expense.

Importantly Karnataka people are seeing the happenings of JD(S) and Gowda. They are also watching what Gov is doing and how Central govt responds.

I think BJP has built up good facewhen kumaraswamy was CM and wants to take CM post and do good things that could enhance its image.
It could announce a slew of very good measures/policies and then even JD(S) pulls out or Central govt does soe mischief, its going to be advantage BJP.

And BJP is not ashamed to sleep in Kumarswamy's bed for next 2 years. Not for power, only for national interest! What noble act! All BJP MLAs & its central leaders should be publicly honored for this act!

Karnataka: JD(S) offers unconditional support to BJP
by Anand YNI on Nov 04, 2007 10:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We are getting sick of Kernataka politics and politicians. How many people have to tell BJP that it is in their interest that they keep away from JD (sons)? These fools want to sit on the chair for at least one day forgetting that they will lose power & sympathy for ever thereafter. On the contrary, if they wait for the next election without sitting on the chair, they may rule for a full five year term. Only God should give wisdom to these BJP idiots.
