Pakistan's educated people have to form association, organisations and spread public awareness about freedom of society. Otherwise military head will always find excuse to fool them and rule. Since majority of people are bakward and does not know the value of democracy. Freedom to live in a soceity which is ruled by law for people, by people. India has been lucky that way there is millions of educated middle class who will never tolerate any nonesense. And good news is the no. of this middle class is growing rapidly. As pvt company, business shops increases more and more indians are getting jobs, income and they are educatting their family, society. So india is luckily on right track. Pakistan has been left behind. they should learn this lesson from india.
Pakistan harboured terrorists to actively perpetrate terrorism on Indian soil, but like a cancer, it has started consuming pakistan also. Now they have to learn to live with a Saddam-like situation.
Musharraf has turned it into an art on how to fool the international Community into giving billions and Keeping him in power. All complete with well choreographed acts like assassination attempts, blasts, raids into waziristan, troops kidnapped, Emergency, nukes in danger, Gadwar port handed to China, Osama sacks Islamabad, etc.. etc . Whenever accountability is sought from him a new act is unveiled .The fact remains Taliban till today is a wholly owned subsidiary of pakistan ISI with the objective to control Afghanistan and be the reason for west to pay billions of $$ in rent/aid/Arms to Pakistan Army which includes Talibans salary supplemented by drug trade.

Yes, I agree with you. J. Jrishnamurthy was very very intelligent person. He not only helped indian leader but also gave talks in UN. His message about peace are precious. People should read his book before commenting.

This is quite clear that such a move the Pakistani President can't take without taking the US and the UK in confidence. The US was very much concerned with the growing extrimism within Pakistan and also the rapid growth of militants on the western border of Pakistan. This was a cause of concern for the US as the situation is Afganistan is not returning to normalcy due to militancy. Secondly Gen Musharraf was giving almost a free hand to the US to deal with the situation on the western border of Pakistan. If somebody else now becomes the president of Pakistan, it would have difficult for the US to fight the terrorist and get many things done through him. So it was a calculated move by Pakistani President supported by the Western world which are worried about the growth of terror through out the world and the epicentre is supposed to be in Pakistan. That has to be crushed but that needs a friendly President in Pakistan. Therefore it was supported and now Gen Musharraf will be under the double pressure as the old judges of the Supreme Court were giving him sleepless night have been removed in an unconstitutional way and the western as well as the US have not come heavily upon him. Now Gen Musharraf will be pressurised to do more in the war to terror. It's killing two birds with one stone.
All nations must be more concerned over the developments in Pakistan.
India should prepare a contingent plan to strike at Nuclear Facilities before that goes into the hands of Terrorists.
US, UK, Russia, China, Japan, Germany France and ofcourse India must work on this matter how to secure all Nuclear weapons kept in Pakistan.
If country goes into Choas, if Musaraff is unable to control the situation, if the country heads for a disaster then Terrorists will snatch away the Nuclear weapons for their operation.
WORLD CANT THINK OF A CRUDE NUCLEAR BOMB IN THE HANDS OF TERRORISTS.
ALL NATIONS SHOULD ACT FAST TO SECURE THE NUCLEAR FACILITIES IN PAKISTAN.
I WOULD CALL SECURITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY.
ONE CANNOT THINK OF A NATION HAVING NUCLEAR BOMB AND SIMULTANOUSLY HAVING SO MUCH POLITICAL UNREST.
PAKISTAN IS THE BEST EXAMPLE WHO SHOULD NOT POSSESS NUCLEAR WEAPEN.

Dont worry, the technology of a.q. khan does not work. these pakis used chinese made plutonium based bombs for there test. dont need to worry.
I bet Mushy will also present an AQ figure on platter which will allow US and UK to say - "See- we were right in supporting Mushy even when he declared emergency". So who will that be?
