fact and myths
by prasad v lolla on Nov 02, 2007 08:33 AM  Permalink

In a society of hypocrites mass acceptance rules
however the truth cannot become falsehood just because massess follow it and vice versa,

What I am saying is if Hindus want something they should fortify their need and wants by dialogues acceptable by massess rather than just whining which by and large most indians do we need to refine our ways of putting our point accross the table we need to have some finnase otherwise we will be mocked at,A lot of indians or people of indian origin live across the globe and they have made the land they live in their new home, however the hindu tradition is so strong that generations may come and go but the hindu traditions will continue and since the hindu population will only increase in the times to come they need to present the need in a convincing manner to the immigration authorities that the need indeed is genuine and
cannot be generalized and hindu expert priests be appointed on the rolls of immigration authorities who can determine the skill and ability of people trying to enter foreign countries on religeous visas besides also check on their affliations doing so will let the right person in and hindus at large will benefit.

Just an opinion

Hindus don't worship monkeys
by Sameer Bhagwat on Nov 02, 2007 07:47 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The monkey is considered a symbol of Lord Hanuman. Therefore it is only a symbol like the cross. So Hindus are not really worshiping a monkey but a symbol of the lord. This obvious fact is known to most Hindus but they fail to argue when someone questions them.

Levis,

Sameer Bhagwat is actually a Muslim using a Hindu name. I know this from his previous postings. So your last sentence must have been a slap on his face.

GONE CASE
by Rishi Raj on Nov 02, 2007 07:35 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

All Hindus must unite and fight for this kind of stupid laws which is not only looks stupid but decision makes people UNEASY!!
INDIAN GOVT. MUST ASK FORIGNERS WHO ARE ON WORK VISA OR CONSULTANT OR LIVING IN INDIA MUST PASS SOME BASIC HINDI TEST WITH SOME SCORE OR BAND FOR QUALIFIYING FOR WORK PERMIT OR VISIT PERMIT TO INDIA,
INDIAN COMPNIES WHO APPOINT OR HIRE SUCH PERSON MUST INSIST THEM TO PASS SOME KIND OF HINDI BASIC TEST, BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THEY MAKE OUR PEOPLE TO DO THAT (U.K, U.S.A., CANADA, NEW ZELAND, AUSTRALIA ETC.)SO WHY WE CANT MAKE THAT COMPULSORY FOR THEM IF THEY WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BOOMING ECONOMY.
STUPID POLITICIAN WANT DO THIS BUT ATLEAST INDUSTRY PEOPLE CAN SELF IMPOSE THESE KIND OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
I WUD LIKE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEIR OPINION ON THIS SUBJECT AND FORCE INDIAN GOVT. TO START SUCH PROCESS.
JAI HIND

wonderful wonderful forceful suggestion but is anybody listening , I think not indians have accepted timidity and slavery with a chalta hai attitude ,Mr.Rishi Raj dont expect the present generation or the generation following to to accept or take any action on your suggestion at present , it will take generations of pitai before the sleeping pride of indians wake up any suggestions of this kind will be mocked at by present generations because they will not take it at face value ,every indian will first consider rightly so under present circumstances about dal roti and some luxaries for him and his/her family, it will take some ages before dal roti and luxaries will not be of importance since after some generations god willing we would have grown over these problems and then we can concentrate on solidifying the pride

I would say a right and perfect suggestion but the timing is wrong.
