Post Late Pramod Mahajan there isnt a leader who can natioanly lead the BJP.
by BostonPunekar on May 11, 2007 08:35 PM  Permalink

The Late Pramod Mahajan was the only 2nd generation leaders who could have been a viable replacement to Vajpayee - Advani duo post their retirement. Vajpayee has declared his retirement , Advani would be forced to declare his retirement.

After the untimely death of Pramod Mahajan , there is no single leader who can claim national leadership for the BJP.

Rajnath Singh may be a BJP national president but he hardly has any influence outside his U.P. home state. he has a UP state leader image which is not inspiring to BJP supporters and leaders outside U.P.

Narendra Modi is again a Gujrath State leader, and host of leaders again have their regional leader brand.

I think time has come to get to front face the third generation of leaders like Varun Gandhi or the young leadership below the age of 35. Which will infact reflect the young generation at large.

Amazing verdict
by Ajay Padmanabhan on May 11, 2007 08:34 PM  Permalink

Let's talk rationally. What people today sent to the trash is the pimps, crooks, corrupt, ass lickers and icons of bad governence. All they had to talk about was keeping BJP out of power and there by doing a social and national service. The best form of service is serving the human with out any discrimination. SP lost their head after winning the elections. BJP flares up the communel sentiment to gain votes, BSP throttles the cast sentiment to garner support.
The issues to be discussed are infrastructure developments, quality education, timely quality medical care, clean environment, generating employment, good roads, security in all forms to all human beings and atleast a square meal for those farmers who grow the grains for us.
Dear Mayawatiji please understand there are so may human issues in your land than the taj and your laundry list of "things to do in ur b'day bash".

Trouble for Rajnath after UP debacle.
by vishwanath shetty on May 11, 2007 08:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear readers,
According to me Mr.Rajnath could not unite BJP leaders in UP.BJP could not use caste card in UP.Ms.Mayavati did very well due to her efforts, uniting backward Hindus with upper cast Hindus,so she got the majic figures.
Slowly in our country the national level leaders will be taken over by regional/caste leaders and there will be coalision govt.at centre.
For the strong national unity/deve. we need two party system as our Hon.president said recently.See what is happening.............
Any how this is people's decision,we all have to accept it.
Let Ms.Mayavati improve her style of functioning, and give UP a strong/corruption free dev.oriented Govt.for another 5 years, for which BJP/CONG failed all these days.
For Mr.Mulayam this is going to be a final lesson for his misdeeds in UP for creating communal hatred for the pupose of vote.
In Bihar Lalu got the lesson now in UP Mulayam got the final lesson.
At least Yadav/Muslim theory got failed in Bihar & UP--new theory Dalit/Brahmin unity.
A VERY good remix in politics.
WAIT FOR SOME MORE REMIX OF CASTES IN OTHER STATES AND CENTER.
JAI HIND.JAI BRAHMIN DALIT UNITY.
