up is rich by natural resources.it has very good land rivers with full of water all over the year. but still its people are poor.because poorness comes from mind.they want to remain poor by electing rich and currupt people like mayavati and mulayams.bjp and congress are national parties.i know both are also not good enough.both have currupt politicians but one have to accept that whereever they have ruled they have done batter than anyother regional parties.throw out the regional parties from indian politics and see the magic. curruption will be reduced more than 50% automatically.these regional parties know that eventhough they have 5 mps they can control central power
