the results shows the anger against the Mulayam's Gundaraj. The rise of Mayawati will certainly have better future for UP.

Congress has gained from BJP

I think 'Rahul magic' is slowly working out. Looks like congress has inflicted some damage to BJP. Otherwise, BJP should have come second.

Donot blame BJP only riots are a regular feature in India even beforre independece. If you feel BJP create hatered then simply accusing them will not work, go and try to create an atmosphere of harmony among people.

Even SP, BSP and Congress.... All are communal forces. Please don't single out a party for being communal

Other parties are unifying the muslims! That's also wrong. All parties are communal!

PARTIES HAVE TO UNIFY INDIANS

In Bareilly City, BJP leads, in Rae Bareli Town, Independent leads. It would now seem that efforts of Rahul Baba and Priyanka Vadra fell through. The final results will not only show who won, by what margin, and who will sit as the opposition leader.

by veerapuram dharan on May 11, 2007 09:27 AM  Permalink

i think mayawati is the shrewdest politician in UP politics..shes is untouchable to only the SP, but not to the BJP or teh congress...where as, all the other parites are mutually untouchables wrt other two parties...so theres no stopping maya and hope she does some maya to bring UP back to development path..

I hope he is doing ok though - you never know what a shock might do to a Bajrangi supporter.

But c'mon 75 or so seats isn't that bad for the Bharat Jalao Party. I think they were fooled into thinking they are doing better by the pseudo secular jehadist media that projected over 100 seats for them
