You are mistaken, only Congress can save ruling the State without caste/religion but I think it will take some more time...

captured power by combining uppercaste and Dalits, she should concentrate on development of UP. A well developed UP is good for rest of country whereas a underdeveloped UP is bad for rest of country. Hope she shows the statemenship required for it.

Mayawati is steeped in corruption charges.She is an extremely corrupt and opportunistic politician. But what to do. It is said people get the Govt. that they deserve.
