If Mayawati can indeed bring about a social revolution and get the Dalits out of their peril, then all of us should support her.
It is easy to see that all the India Growth Story will go to Dogs if the poor and the Dalit will not prosper. The social imbalance between the haves and have nots is only increasing. And we need BRAVE AND HONEST leaders from the Dalit and other backward communities today to take the prosperity to their communities as well.
Though not knowledgable of UP politics, I sincerely hope and pray that Mayawati is one such leader in UP!
