At last the majority in north India understand the importance of the reservation and they started accepting it as the way of equal growth like south India. In India without violence nobody listens, Gujjars anger is understandable. Most communities should understand the devisive caste system created by so called meritorious community for their own benifits. Had there been no mandal commision, these poor gujjar would have been crushed by castist fellows without having any way to improve their social standards. They are just now called OBC, what was the situation before mandal!! North Indian communities should follow the example of south India crushing these anti social elements mercilessly. We are sure to see that day dawning on North India. God bless you my dear country men.
the violent agitation by gurjars in rajasthan shows how selfish these people already getting the benefits of reservation r. they r already getting reservation as obc, now they want to b declared st, so that they can get more advantage at the cost of meena, who r in st category. meena r also said to b going to do violent protest against this demand as they not want gurjar to b declared as st. it is all so mean mindedness. i also understand that gurjars were rulers during 9th century.
seeing this state of affairs, i think that the only way out is to provide reservation only on economic criteria, with a provision of stringent penalty or fine, if anyone gives forged or wrong documents for showing his economic backwardness.
these are stupid people ,doing stupid things. Totaly uneducated and antisocial element.
They have no rights to live in this india.
If they want to protest,notifiy about their problem,why they can't caught leaders of political parties? They leader are"Gundda".We have to shot out them first............
By making violence in society,we are just distroying or hurt our nations and people.

The Gujjar Community is alaready enjoying the OBC status. But why they are on roads for ST status? Because, most of the population in India are gradually becoming beggars with a bowl in their hands to get the priority from the government institutions etc. This type of trend is dangerous to the country. Moreover, the protestors go violent in times of crisis like this. Any how, we have to deny the violent nature of the protestors whether they are Hindus or Muslims or Upper caste or down trodden community. The culprits should be punished severly so that other anti social elements fear to take the law into their hands.
What people warned has started to happen.Dividing peole with caste based quota will further divide the country.When reservation is done with narrow political agenda it is diluted.It is a shame that even after 60 years of independence communities fight to become more backward & enjoy the benefits of reservation. Politicians, Please wake up,don't try to push us to medieval ages.

u have rightly raised the issue of rising population.
greenhouse gas emmssion is the real problem of the world now, in which increasing population is playing a major part. increasing population also means less resources on per capita basis, but no politician is talking about controlling population. ONE CHILD NORM MUST B STRICTLY FOLLOWED IN THE COUNTRY ON THE PATTERN OF CHINA.
Government is seeking their own profit by increasing the reservation. And here are the after effects. Today Gujjars, tomorrow Meenas and later every one will try to come in STSC. And the time is not away that every caste will have particular number of seats. Gujjars will have 10 engineers and doctors, Meenas 5 engineers and doctors and so on. Isn't it look funny. My salute to Mr Arjun Singh.

Well said Ritesh, The Arjun Singh and party should be punished with corporal punishment. The bloody politicians can not walk or sit. But they want to be in power for ever, that's why they play with lives of general public. I am not just criticising Arjun Singh only. There are so many politicians in every party those who can not even speak properly due to old age but their asses are pasted to the seats. These old buggars in the politics should be removed. then we can expect new generation takes good decisions.
