JAIPUR: The Rajasthan government has suspended M N Dinesh, the IPS officer who was arrested along with two other Gujarat police officers in fake encounter case.
The order for his suspension came last night, more than 20 days after his arrest in the case.
Mukesh Sharma, Secretary, Personnel Department (Government of Rajasthan) said that the orders were released Tuesday after getting a written confirmation from the state Home Department that Alwar's Superintendent of Police M N Dinesh was arrested by the Gujarat police on April, 24. His suspension would be effective from April, 24, the date he was arrested by the Gujarat police.

When allegation was raised against him and his wife that they havehreatened and compelled the witness of Best bakery carnage to make false allegations against Gujarat police and Hindu organisations, no actions taken against them. Such dirty and cowards like him is now raising voice against Gujarat govt.
Their concern is not against the death of innocent peope in Serial blasts took place in bombay last year or other innocent victims of Muslim terrorists in the whole country including Kashmir, or against the atrocities in Nandigram but it when when a hard core criminal was shot dead by the police. They are making use of the judiciary for their ulterior motives and some courts without considering all these aspects falls to their ploy.

Why is it required to get agitated about all this? Javed akhtar is putting apetition in Supreme court. If it is false or baseless, it will be quashed by the court. Have faith in the Judiciary. It is the only saving grace of the system of governance that we have. PEACE...

I hope people like you knows best bakery is in Gujarat. When facts are stated which exposes such cowards, you people says we are making hatred in society. If by stating facts, some hatred in grown let it be so.
Regarding riots in Gujarat, when 60 people were burnt alive in the carnage in train and a natural reaction there were riots which was more than those perpetrators of the carnage fathomed, they are making all types of allegations against the govt. If there were no reaction to the killing from Hindu society, naturally it would have repeated in many other places. The set back they got from the people of will make them think many times before starting further riots in India.
We, peoples of India talking about you. We have faith and hope in Shri Modi. So, give support to him (Shri Modi). Then only Gujarat will survive. We proud of him. He is the No.1 Chief Minister India ever seen. Forget about this encounters. That is the duty of the state police to keep law & Order.

True. Here in bangalore when ever some sreet rowdy rises his head, he will defenetly be encountered and mind u it is not minorities, if it would have been minorities then these "intelectuals" would have taken up these cases on priority basis. :)
Three IPS officers are under arrest for the murders of Soharabbudin Sheikh and his wife Kauser Bi. Sheikh was gunned down in a fake encounter in November 2005 near Ahmedabad and Kauser Bi was killed later. Mr. Deepak, killing all the muslims is not gonna solve any problem. If relegion is what divides people, then why are sikhs in punjab fighting amongst themselves. Religion never preaches haterd, its narroe minded people like you who do that.
The culprits in the whole issue are Media and paid protesters like Javed Akhtar, Arundhati Roy, Medha Patkar, Baba Amte and company. These are new age Amichands of poor Mother India. They have only one aim in life: 'Get money and fame by defaming others'. Those who are killed by police, across the glob, are not saints. Just ask these Amichands why they remain silent on issues of Kashmiri Pandits' killing, burning passenger trains, delay of hanging of proved terrorists, bombers of parliament???? The true reason for their silence on these issues is that they are being paid for creating chaos in country which is growing in power, not only in military forces but also economic resources. These people forget that terrorists have only one religion and that is politics, otherwise why explosions occur in masjids not only in India, but also in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan where only Muslim community reside? Last but not the list, all media community should by penalized for releasing defamatory news and trying to divide India. They glorify terrorists, brothers and sisters of terrorists and defame the officials of government who are any way doing good by cleaning the gutter, whether the solid waster or liquid waste it gets cleaned up.
