As much as I this person being the minister, I hate our judicial system. Cases go for 20/30 years without convictions. If lower court convicts, you can go to high court and then to Supreme Court. I heard that there is a waiting period of 10 years for cases to be taken in SC. So a criminal can file a case in SC and then relax.
Then our govt. lawyers and judges are way to corrupt and may be sometimes politically influenced.
This goon is taking advantage of our system. No wonder some states have Naxalite movement gaining power.

I agree. Judicidary is a big joke in India ! the judges are more currupt , maybe even the politicians.
I can tell from my exprience, that anyone who knows how to bribe the judges and the public prosicuter can get away with almost any crime.
The iorny is that the poor men, who do not have such maoney or influence are either behind the bar or have to sell off everything that they have to pay his greedy lawyer for years on the trot !

why not all muslims like you must be beheaded as most of the muslims are engaged (history shows that muslims always used to demolish nonmuslims worship places & slaughtered innocent pesons) in damaging humanity & this beautiful earth.i think world will be a peaceful & joyful place if all pseudo bigot muslims are wiped out.

Abdul, Advani was not behind the demolition of Babri Masjid. I want to ask all the muslims, what is wrong in demolishing the illiegally constructed mosque?. You should all thanks to Allah for living with hindu brothers happily even there were atrocities committed agaisnt hindus for many centuries by muslims. You must be living in Andaman/Nikobar. IAS/UPSC is still one of the cleanest exmination model. If there is some corruption, I would say very little.
Brightest people of our country who spent 15/16 hours a day for years to study for these examinations. By design, they are hard working people who have good intents but our system does not allow these brilliant brains to take charge. They are on "Yes order" to their superiors and politicians. If you're not then you're transferred every few years and posted at locations where you have no power. We have had some of such people like TN Seshan etc who withstood the time of the test and came out victorious. It is a very treacherous way.
there were plenty around here opining that mayawati will bring in a miracle, a sea change. looks like nothings changed. the lawless land continues to be besieged by more lawless people.
It is not mayawati, but the people who elected such a criminal should be blamed. I am very sorry about the mental state of those people who elected the person with murder charges sitting behind the bar. now who could stop him-police guards will be provided for his security.....What a pity.

I aggree totally. This is indication that crime rate in UP not go down but it will increase and this state will create a Law and order problem for center and Mayawati is reponsible for that fully. All she said she will finish gunda raj is totally false.
