Have u heard about Smart City in Cochin? It is going to be the largest technocity in India like Dubai Internet city in Dubai.
Have you heard about Vallarpadam Container terminal?
It is going to be the largest container terminal in India, likes of terminals in Hong Kong & Singapore.
Software industry is peanuts when compared to Container terminal business. Just see Singapore, China or even srilanka. The contries major major part of revenue is from Shipping.
Have you heard about Technopark?
It is the first, largest and greenest technology park in India. With companies like Infosys, TCS, Nest, US Software, IBS , TATA Elexi, E&Y, Alliance Cornhill etc to name a few.

I am sceptical on the stupid old communists.Kerala has taken two steps forward and three steps backwards always.Starting from privatisation of engineering colleges to keltron to basically everything relavant for industrial development.Lets see how all these project comes along

yes every sucessful person is a dreamer. Just take any leader or sucessful person he has a vision and a dream. But friends the last 2 are already up and running
Smart city is already signed and those Dubai guys are pure professionals and they will finish before time 'cause it is their money.

In my College days i was an ardent opponent to Communism and its so called democratic faces in India. But now a days i feel for Kerala they are the best in our political basket. Look at the other two fronts, UDF: Congress is always drenched in Corruption and dirty politics. They never got time to solve the problems of the people. They had other part issues always (Courtsey Mr K Karunakaran). Muslim Leage: Its always interested in two critical ministries and use that very well for their selected people. Again not for the common people including financially poor Muslims.
BJP: I don't know whether that party exists in Kerala. Nothing more to say about them.
So the only hope is in some body who does somethign for us. 'Muukkilla Rajyathu Murimuukkan Rajavu'. But please Mr TVR, before you start comparing him with Achutha Menon, he'll (Achuthanandan) have to travel long on this Path.

Definetely he is not a best chieft minister for other states and this could lead to creat a bad opinion in other states also against kerala peoples, if you see the Mullai Periyar Dam and Salem Railway matter (No matter who is correct, but the C.M acted the wrong step and he want's to have the good name in his political career and his party)

He is the chief minster of Kerala. Not of the neighbouring states. That must be the reason!
that is why he is screwing things up and then producing things at this age. Researchers from MIT were in Kerala last week, to check his tools. It will be soon published. It has also been noted that he drings "Kallu" the kerala toddy every morning and night.

Mr Pinarayi - the picture is very clear - you cannot become the CM of our state whether you take the support of Kunjalikutty, Karunakaran or muralidharan - it's not possible. Majority of our people don't trust your words - you are acting on behalf of mafia network in Kerala. Mr achuthanandan is the favourite choice of our people. You cannot take any action against Achumama as he enjoys everybodys support. what about you - you get support only from the criminal elements and mafia leaders. I request Achuthanandan to quit CPM and form a seperate political party so that you don't need to care about stupid Polit bureau and Prakash karat/brinda karat ect ect.

Mr. Achuthanandan derives all his drive from the strength of his idealogy; not from elsewhere. If that is too inconvenient for you, it is entirely your problem. Do not blurt it out and hope that no one else will understand your foolishness.
It's not a secret that many parts of Wayanad and other hilly areas are occupied by big shot drug mafia. Can the CM use his powers and smoke them out? Let's also see how he evacuate the houses and other shops in cities like Kochi.
