Well whoever you are.... First read it yourself and then talk about it. If you think that it is only available in Arabic then mind you your knowledge is too weak to talk on this as Quran is available in around maximum number of languages. First know about it read it and then talk. I dont think that any holy book will teach you to talk about others religion this way. So make sure that you stick to your own basics before stating such statements.
