If Sanjay Dutt witheld the weapons of mass destruction...he should be punished.
If the weapons that he allowed to be placed in his bunglow were used for terror activities..he should be punished as a DESH DROHI.
If it so that he didnt knew that the weapons were not going to be used for destruction, was he such a dumb person not to acknowledge it?
If he had kept only one GUN just for fun, didnt he know who he was dealing with?
Or can he give the whole nation an explanation, personally?
The congress will surely try to free him of all charges. This is really a democratic country where all desh drohis can get off by showing their contacts and people power.
here how many people know central govt has told we have know information that netajisubashchandrabose has involved in freedom struggle--i expect reply from so called future leaders of india

We have to reform the concept of punishment. Punishment shud be to make the person realise that he has done wrong, but at the same time try to channel that guilt for the good of society which he has contributed in harming. Punishment leading to just destruction of the person pained by the guilty is of no use.
so dutt should be released,,say if there is no proof release him i will accept it but dont say he is actor he is social worker all know what social work is done by actor or actress first sc should catch actor and actress who acted in bluefilms whether sc will do, if anything in court these people are going to temples what god will do ,,u people will do all crime and if u give bribe to god means he has to bear ur sin?
yes he should be punished for anit national acts. He knows the truth, the mistake he has done, he should have accepted it long back but he didnt, above all he played with existing Law loopholes and enjoyed life, and now there is no way out, he has been started talking philosophy.
He should be punished as per law and there is no mercy shown to him, he wasted time and money of Courts.
Why Sanjay Dutt, the entire Bolywood was with D gang before the blast. No wonder most of the movie we have seen is made up of bloodshed and violance. Court must intervene to ensure that film industry is run by true artists who understand the pain of ordinary human.

What I think i that we everybody live in India and we will in any or other way contribute to india.sanjay dutta has contributed by making good movies.But will he be spared for keeping illegal weapons at home when he himself knew that it is wrong.I think he shld be punished for a minumum of 4 yrs and he shld feel that he was wrong.
