before any final verdict, they should look at the circumstances, when sanju involved. at that time small or big, from entrepreneurs to politicians including major part of bollywoods were with Dawood directly or indirectly. so not to embrace sanju had a nexus. only he was fool couldn't escape . caught those big fishes hiding elsewhere....he's only minnow.

Even Supreme Court of India applies different yardsticks to different people
by srinivasa rao on May 16, 2007 01:39 PM  Permalink

Zahira Sheik, a simple, innocent and misguided girl of Best Bakery, Vadodara has been severely punished by the Supreme Court of India for perjury. However, for a much serious offence commited by a SBH employee who has filed sworn false affidavits in A.P. and Delhi High Courts for misleading, diverting, distracting,de-railing and sabotaging the case when brought to the notice of Apex Court has dismissed the case on 25-01-07 (SLP cc:194/07 in Court No.6 without going into the enormity of the crime commited ) and acted like a Kangaroo Court and belied the faith and confidence in our judiciary. In this country, "you show the face, I will show you the rule" is the norm of judiciary.

i am a fan of munnabahi. No doubt that he is a good actor and a very finr gentleman.Neverthless the crime/mistake (i dont know wht exactly hapend with him) he did is not good.If he find guilty he should be punished and it should be a model punishmnt and dont forget he spend in jail 16 months .
All that i can say is "ignorantia jurisis no excusat"-means ignorance of law is not an excuse at all.
